I found it to be the best of the three supermarkets in Nelson yes it is a little bit out the way but they have more on their shelves in some supermarkets prices are reasonable lots of in store sales very friendly customer service

My local supermarket. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. They have good stock of products in store. Can usually find everything I need. Heaps of parking space. It's a very clean and tidy store . It's also close to other shops in the area.

Good place to shop. Great stuff there. But one worker wasn't particularly nice. A lady had asked for help from the worker and the worker was absolutely rude. The way she responded to the lady. I felt so sorry for her. I couldn't believe it. Woman needs some respect.

Best supermarket and I've been to a few over New Zealand is Countdown Redwoodtown. The shop is clean, well stocked and nice and cool but best of all the staff are always so helpful and cheerful, nothing is too much trouble.

Berries didn't last fruit wasn't that great and the bakery used to be really good but it seems to have changed lately and not as nice. The shop itself is great and the staff are just lovely

Have been ordering online now for a couple of months and can't thank both my picker and the delivery driver to kaikoura enough. Service is fantastic and substitutes always what I want. The convenience and money saved makes up for the delivery charge. We tryed the click and collect yesterday and just so easy and what a great system. Pick a time you want to get it, they text you to let you know yr order is ready to pick-up then when you arrive at carpark tick box on text to say you have arrived and by the time you get to the service counter yr order is in the trolley waiting for you. Other supermarkets could learn alot from Countdown and their team. Thanks guys, Wendy - Kaikoura

Nice clean supermarket. Friendly staff. But very poor beer chiller. Never seems to be stocked . Especially in weekends . Went in today an only craft beer left in chiller. This is quite a regular occurrence .

This is my favourite countdown in Blenheim, everyone is so friendly and inviting. One of my highlights is walking in and seeing all of the fresh produce. Decent size store for future residential growth in area. Well stocked - but watch for past useby date products. Many staff seem low skill and lack customer focus. A shop here or go elsewhere - we don't care attitude. However - the young man in deli department is a star with great social skills. I think some customer service training would beneficial.

By far the best countdown in Blenheim. Store is always clean, staff are always well presented. Shelves were nicely stocked. Typical of Redwoodtown Countdown, they always seem to be the flagship in the province.

Great to see this Countdown has the COVID19 tracer poster and hand sanitizer and trolley wipes available and easily accessible. Also great range of vegan products!!

Generally easy to find a car park at this supermarket that's located in the middle of redwood town. Its not Blenheim's biggest supermarket and it may not have all the products that the others have but they are all easy to find. The lotto shop closes early here so if you want to be into win get in early or you may miss out.

Countdown Redwoodtown is a nice shop but you have to check receipt everytime, been back on several occasions being over charged, please staff try and get it right first time
