F.I have only recently been to Liberty Market (twice now) and each time I was served by Lucy. From the moment I walked in the door to when I left, she was so welcoming and I could tell she wanted to make every shopping experience a good one for every customer. I don't think I have had better customer service so thank you so much Lucy. Great range of organic products and a lot more relaxing than a trip to the general supermarket. I look forward to my next visit.
S.Our absolute favourite organic store in all of Christchurch. Fresh, certified produce and other food items - reasonably priced (some other places have exorbitant pricing), and well-stocked. But what keeps us coming back is the lovely friendly service from Lu and her team - just so lovely. Highly recommended if you're wanting to shop organic.
j.I love this place, and have shopped here weekly for years now. They have a great range of organic produce and also chilled, baked and other foods, with great prices on many items, especially the produce which is often cheaper or the same price as non organic foods elsewhere. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and they are great for having safety rules like masks and tracing, I feel very safe.
R.These guys run an amazing shop. The fresh fruit and veges are just that...fresh. And actually the prices are better than the supermarkets. Great job guys, you're the best. Oh and the owner is so friendly and always remembers her regular customers.
A.I really enjoy shopping at liberty market. They have an excellent range of products and friendly and informative staff. Having been involved in the organic industry for 15 years and shopped for organics for the last 26 years I definitely rate and appreciate this store.
I.Liberties is best organic shop in town. Always helpful, and always following Govt. laws particularly regarding use of masks in these troubled times. Staff at all shops are vulnerable, and it is important that we protect them as well.
Vulnerable shoppers may have friends who could do their shopping for them, in this way both parties are protected.
L.Good value and a wide variety of organic food with friendly and, helpful owners and staff. They've got a good selection of environmentally friendly bits and pieces like bamboo cotton buds, and stock lovely soaps that smell amazing. Easy parking, too.
J.I must start by saying I am a little shocked at some of the reviews given as I find the owners and staff at liberty market some of the most lovely and helpful I have encountered.... I was shopping one day and was looking at a green and red juice without my glasses on and Lucy came running over and took the time to read the very long list of ingredients to me ... I always receive a big smile and a wave upon entering ... their prices are very competitive and they have a wonderful range. I also appreciate they care about our wellbeing.... I will be a loyal customer as long as they remain trading which I hope is a very long time..... Keep up the great work guys :)
R.We always have a great shopping experience at Liberty. Lucy and her team are friendly, helpful and always have a smile and warm welcome. It's not often you see a supermarket owner stacking shelves, serving at the till and driving a forklift, so I take my hat off to Lucy for having her shop open for all of us in these uncertain times. There is even an apology if they don't have something in stock when it is out of their hands. It's great being able to purchase organic produce and products all under one roof. You can disregard any negative reviews about masking as being poor quality information spread by misguided individuals. Look after your health and others by not spreading viruses.
