R.To our pleasant surprise, we came across Patrick the Shop Assiant whist packing shelves. We thoroughly enjoyed his singing voice and entertainment. What a joy to be around!

We need more Patrick's in the world.
J.I'm giving 5 stars to the staff behind the packing of online orders and a big shout out to the deliverer Yi. He's not only prompt and professional but he's also very friendly and courteous. Groceries come undamaged and with a wave. Keep up the great work.
c.Nice place with Cafe, 🪴Potplants wide aisles & on-call butchers for choice meats galore, mountains of brighteyed fishes , took home heaps from the beautiful bakery, Pleasant quick Staff
G.Not the best experience. With covid restrictions the entrance is messy and confusing. The check outs feel cramped and where you que to go thru the checkout is not clear. They seemed to be short staffed so couldn't open more checkouts when the ques got long. Self checkouts seem the best option if you only have a few items. I'm sure once covid restrictions are lifted things will improve.
B.Super friendly staff always available to help find something or to help with products. Awesome variety with new things always brought in. Awesome Cafe inside shop also perfect for grabbing a coffee on the way out. Fresh fruit and veges , huge variety of alcohol. So many different options for dinners, lunches or just some sneaky snacks.
T.Lovely supermarket. A bit hard to find the entry door, could do with a direction on the now exit door. I wasn't the only slightly lost customer.
R.Always good ,well stocked ,even have bags of watercress, good cafe coffee ,good beer selection,
l.Visiting Christchurch from Auckland. I was really impressed with this supermarket. Clean well stocked and the staff are friendly and helpful. The layout is excellent for wheelchair users and the checkouts are wide enough for wheelchairs also.
H.Good layout. Wide isles lessens congestion and allows for better social distancing.
