P.DISAPPOINTED today. NW Bananas 3.60.way past selby date. Countdown 3.30 and nice. Lite milk NW 4.55. CD 3.79. watermelon NW 3.91. CD 1.00. Champagne ham about NW 24. CD 22.00 KG.
J.Very courteous staff. Clean store. Easy access to goods. Plenty of room between aisles.
W.Is a very nice supermarket. Not my local but worth a visit for a different set of products. Just up the new motorway.
J.I love the variety of speciality bread this supermarket has. There is something for everyone especially as some of my family are vegetarian.

K.We were doing our shopping, and decided to try New World. We discovered that, along with the usual items we often buy, they stocked several items we had been unable to get since before lockdown. A good store to shop in.
S.I used to shop here every week however during lockdown I had an unpleasant experience with a rude bakery staff member which I’ve not got over so I now shop at Countdown Kaiapoi and pick up the odd item from New World Kaiapoi if I need it. There are some great staff members here so it’s a pity one ruined the experience for me. Maybe one day I’ll get over it.
L.I really love Kaiapoi New World. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Always have the items I am looking for, or the staff will go look if something isn't on shelf. It's a pleasure to shop here.

Although they are pretty slow to serve almost every time I go to the deli. Ive walked away a few times with nothing because they take so long. Hence reason for only 4 stars.

S.Average Supermarket with a reasonable selection of vegetables, meats, breads, dairy, specialized goods available. I spoke to 2 members of staff and both were not happy in their work. The aisles are close together and it's a little cramped. Only 4 checkouts were open and all had people waiting in line. Having said that I still come here to shop fairly often.
K.It was a quick shop, always offered help by people that we have got to know over the last decade. Very helpful
H.I think I live there. Not too crowded and staff helpful. Usually have a good shopping experience. Plenty of parking and no time limit as yet.
