B. E.It's our new local supermarket, good supply with reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only issue is the other customers, I feel as if I don't fit in being the feel the need to lift their noses up at me and my partner due to not dressing highly presented. No issues with the store it's self so I do recommend this store.

None of the getting pushed around that you seem to get at a Pak'n Save or Countdown. A great bakery, far better than the quality I've seen over the years at any Countdown. Unless I'm out of town this will continue to be my go to Supermarket

I love the wide variety of international foods and also grains/raw options. The bakery in the New World is second to none. We choose the bread over many bakeries and cafes.

Thanks new world for not having an aisle of value. Start with fruit and vegetables, no need to sell everyone ten pounds of sugar before they get ten meters into their shopping experience

I. R.Small supermarket, but well laid out and has just about everything you might need. I come here for specialty items, especially at Christmas time. Fruit and veg always beautifully displayed and fresh. Staff VERY accommodating and helpful when you ask them to help.

D. B.I'll tell you what. This place is pretty good, can't sub a star even if your 1.5L coke is more expensive than your 2.25L, this is because your security are awesome and always love to have a chat with anyone, pleasant welcomes and goodbyes. Cheers

R. L.Great selection of food, but this is a big busy supermarket and can take a long time to shop aisle by aisle, and is a bit hard to find things ad-hoc. Lots of check-out lanes and self service options. Don't be in a rush if you haven't been here before.

D. H.You need to teach your stuff how to pack groceries. I don't have a car so have bags which go in a trolley. Your staff pack them so full that I can't lift them even though I ask every week not to put so much in. I have plenty of bags and usually end up with 3 empty ones.

S. T. T.St Martin's NW is hands down the best supermarket in ChCh often finding myself there for no reason. Yes it's a NW so on the more expensive side in comparison to other supermarkets but worth paying for the nice experience.

I guess at least half of St Martin's New World customers re trying to reduce salt intake but your otherwise delicious sausages are infused with salt. Pressure should be put on suppliers such as other providers to reduce salt. Also, you should stock only free range eggs and then promote the fact. Otherwise a most peasant shopping experience - great wine selection and selection in all departments. So going that we travel.frpm Summer to shop there. Redcliffe and Woolston also doing tune, though limited selection.

R. C.St Martins New World has a great selection of gluten free food both in a special section and spread throughout the store. The blue gf labels around the price tickets on the shelves makes shopping much less stressful.
