Big store .. prices and offers are good shop there if u live nearby.. i love the drink asile specially products from coca cola . The way products are displayed and full utilization of shelve spaces what i liked.... helping both sides, extra sales for store and customers never leave the store empty handed mostly all the products are available

I live closely to this place, very nice stock of items I can easily grab, pay, and go. Since it's in a mall I can also grab other things from stores nearby. Also someone in my family works there so that's cool

Good range, but you can't access internet in this store! If you're like me and want to transfer money between accounts to pay for your shop don't go here lol. We had to leave the store to transfer payment then go back lol. On a positive note though your staff are lovely, friendly and understanding, I guess it's something they have to deal with a lot 😂

I like shopping here because I can easily locate what I am looking for. The only thing that is hard for me is reaching some items because of my height. But lucky enough to have some tall guys around seeing my struggles and without much effort they reach it out for me. I feel ashame 'tho. But all in all I rate it 5 especially that I am using shop n go so easy and very convenient for me.

I don't think anyone really cares about a Pak n Save review....but today "Wacky Wednesday" I bought toffee pops and mallow puffs at 99 cents per packet. YES.....99 cents a pack, less than $1 for a packet of chocky bikkies. also got muesli bars at 99 cents a box. now that's what I call good shopping! Aldo a big fan of the pork sausages and chicken maryland, which will do for dinner for a few nights.

Always bustling which can be a bit overwhelming for people such as myself. The staff are always open and friendly. In my experience always happy to help . They have a pitifully small gluten free, organic and other allergen friendly range but apart from that have a wide stock.

I believe the best Pak'nSAVE in Christchurch! Clean, well stocked and well organised! Easy to get around and plenty of good specials! They have increased the amount of self service for some reason, so if you wanted someone to be on checkout for you, be aware this maybe busy.

Went in today around 5pm there was an angry shopper clearly causing a nuisance for staff but your people handled him so professionally and are doing such a great job in such a tough time and I just want to really say thank you! Please pass this on to all staff they have always been so friendly still asking how my day is going as I reached for a product. Keep your head high and don't let a few bad apples ruin your day because you are appreciated and we are proud of everything you do. Absolute heros!

Convenient place for family grocery shopping on the budget. Great deals and a good range of products. Shelves are often stocked well and kept in tidy and presentable conditions. It's part of The Hub shopping complex and on-premiss car parking can be difficult during the busy weekends, but plesant and relaxing during the evenings.

It's the cheapest among the Pak n Save's too. Prices are affordable. Quality is okay, though not the best. But what's not okay is name shaming individual people in the review. That's what the customer service desk is for. And I do think they offer excellent customer service. So if you've got a complaint or a spare praise to offer, approach them or the person involved directly. The staff here are pretty friendly as for the often times I've been here. It's quite easy to find what I'm looking for, though it's a bit different arrangement in here. And since it's almost always busy every time I've been here and still stocks exist, the stock rotation seems to be working well. The only thing that seems to be extra time consuming is when the checkout operators need to call a supervisor every so often. Wish that system was more efficient.

Walked in to buy myself 2 items , this never ever happens though as I walked out with 10+ items. You deals are amazing and I love shopping at pak n save . you always have what people are after and if not other items . Staff were amazing and customer service was also very good. I was a little shocked when I was asked what a grapefruit was , that was something that I didnt expect from a older staff member , but overall good shop .

Super huge, just on the side of main road, lots of parking space. Apart from supermarket, all other commodities will be found easily. You need more time to explore this area. One of the focal point I visited during my stay in Christchurch. Park'nSave itself was worth to visit with many many things inside, parking for three hours free.

I really like their wide parking spaces. I also like the customer service of their staffs especially when i ask them about something. They have heaps of extra low prices and their checkout counters are also spacious.

Parking is always a timing thing here, some days u miss the rush others its a battle of the bumpers however arriving around 10am on a brisk winter Monday morning I turned into the PNS/Hub car park and eased into a vacant park within a throwing distance to the main entrance. Loads of good signage and promotions of daily/weekly product specials as u enter PNS, an attendant stands cheerfully offering a trolley or basket to carry your goods as you shop. I was there for just a few essentials. However the range of great specials, bargains and fresh produce on offer quickly turned this shop into a full basket which is not a bad thing especially when u going to save at least $5-10, hAppY wallet and pantry. Self service check out today, plenty of counters and attendants on stand by to assist and take your empty basket. Pleasant experience on this outing given the time and day, obviously a busy Thursday, Friday, Saturday u can easily triple the crowd, cars, trolleys and your patience is put to full power. My main shop is countdown as I prefer the less crowded shopping environment, however service and bargains definitely always better at PNS. Happy shopping, make it a good one!

PaknSave, new trolleys very nice. However when pushing it onto the paving to North car park the travelator wheels jammed in the paving cracks, trolley tipped forward and very nearly had $400 groceries tipped out. I'm sure I won't be the only one experiencing this.

Pak N Save Hornby.... What is up with you people Plastic Bags kill our sea life if people used rubbish bins and not let them litter beaches and parks it be still at every supermarket. Boxes how ever breakdown faster than plastic. Countdown gave up plastic bags and have them back at $0.15 cents each and you can use these over and over again. I do most of my shopping at Countdown and get what items that are cheaper at Pak n Save. $5.00 for 4 cans Pak N Save and $5.00 at Countdown gets you 5 cans for same size $2.00 for coffee at Countdown Woolworths brand $2.49 Special Blend Pak N Save so give an honest review if going to give one. Pak N Save do have $1.00 bags to use over and over same as Countdown though Buy one here and if it gets damaged you have it replaced. Well done Countdown. If someone says they are better check out both sides before cumming to an agreement. If you want to support New Zealand Owned and operated go to New World. If more support these Shops maybe the prices will come down. They have better deals on frozen meals mad by Deli Staff. Hot food that Pak N Save and Countdown now have in their stores.

The service offered is the best, but can be strict about IDs when buying liquor. A good option for cost effective groceries in hornby.
