My go to supermarket. All staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite part of the supermarket is the deli. Especially the Hillyers pies in the heated unit. Delicious. Could do with two or three more trolley parks

Nice wee supermarket. Has most things you need, slightly smaller range than larger New Worlds but provides what you expect.

Like most supermarkets you come you colle t what you need and want and go but the staff I did talk to seemed friendly and helpful

Super busy super, we needed BBQ meat and found good priced packs for a large family dinner 🙂

Nice super market but like all new world they are expensive

Chocolate was tempting. Ham was cheap but no teriyaki sauce.

I always do my shopping here. The prices are better, they treat you better than freshchoice, and there's usually weekly pensioners specials.

Staff was very helpful. We stopped by after 2 n half hours of drive from Dunedin and were very tired. Staff was smiling and welcoming they offered us help to locate what we need. :)

Perfect for everything we needed. Stopped in for the basics as well as meat and veg. Had a few decent specials too and a free chilli bag as we spent over $100. Good one!

For the growth in Cromwell, the New World Supermarket requires some serious review. It is cramped and difficult to move through at busy periods. Self service purchase area is inadequate in this day and age thus creating large queues as and stress for customer and cashiers. All in all, an immediate makeover of the premises should become a priority.

Good store, has all the staples. Some variety is lacking. Prices are fair, depending on seasonal availability. Good location central to Cromwell. Still more expensive than Countdown or Pak 'n Save, but better prices than the Fresh Choice down the road.

Very nice staff. Store well set out and groceries were easy to find.

Its a good super market. classic and laid back. Good service. Mostly all the check out people greet you with a broad smile. You wont have any reason to complane unless you are grumpy!

This is the only supermarket in Cromwell. Staff is helpful. Prices are somewhat reasonable. Especially the bakery items are fresh and the prices are very reasonable. They have a salad bar and coffee as well.
