My go to supermarket. All staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite part of the supermarket is the deli. Especially the Hillyers pies in the heated unit. Delicious. Could do with two or three more trolley parks

For the growth in Cromwell, the New World Supermarket requires some serious review. It is cramped and difficult to move through at busy periods. Self service purchase area is inadequate in this day and age thus creating large queues as and stress for customer and cashiers. All in all, an immediate makeover of the premises should become a priority.

Good store, has all the staples. Some variety is lacking. Prices are fair, depending on seasonal availability. Good location central to Cromwell. Still more expensive than Countdown or Pak 'n Save, but better prices than the Fresh Choice down the road.
