There are a large number of daily necessities and food, but also a variety of fruits and vegetables and fruits, all kinds of meat such as pork, chicken, beef, lamb and so on, as well as various seafood are placed on the displ丨ay cabinet, guests can choose, the price is relatively flat and appropriate, the service is also better!

The staff were nice, friendly and understand of a person like myself whom has ADHD, Autism and Tourette’s and other Mental Health disorders and disabilities (physically seen and the invisible kind). They were patient and very understanding and actually heard me and listened; unlike the other Countdown (who we shall not name…Voldemort aka HArry Potter vibes 😂😂😏🥳🥳🤘🏽💜💜💜). Even the staff member that started earlier on in the day was a friendly and hospitable guy, whom let a queer person of colour and nursing student and future law/&sociL worker student enjoy her time near the empty trolley bay…randomly doing her physio exercises and singing to calm her anxiety and anxiousness and depression and the sad blue moods down. 100/100 for the lovely and awesome sauce team, their understanding and welcoming attitude and caring attitude and the boss security lady, making sure that people enter one way and take the other way as the exit 🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽🥰🥰🥰🥳🥳🥳💜💜💜

Great little top up shop if you get there in between peak shopping hours. Usually pretty friendly staff that always helpful. They dont have huge range of items but the basics so perfect for if ya forgot an ingredient or 2.

Same dedicated staff always produce a high level of customer service. Tall Young man on checkout and older lady with glasses are CD Mailer Streets hidden Gems. Good set out for a small store. Easy to access area and enough parking. The only prob I have had was lots of boxes of stock on the floor blocking view of the shelves. For a little shop this place does well though! reasonable range for suburban supermarket. no bakery or deli but packet food of both is available. good for top ups or that thing you forgot to get. usual countdown problem of having to either have their one card or buy multiples to get the best deals but it's probably not the destination for your weekly shop anyway. sufficient but you'll still need to include other places to get everything.

Normally quiet supermarket with plenty of parking. The supermarket is small which does mean some items are not available here. The staff are always friendly but that does mean that sometimes it takes a while to get through the checkouts. There are no self-service lanes.

This countdown is good if ur just doing a quick shop, except dont go around tea time because there never seems to be enough staff on the checkouts and you might be waiting awhile. But other than that its pretty good, plenty of car parks, so you're not driving around in circles waiting for a vacant park. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the selection is good enough, but if you're doing a weekly/fortnightly shop i would recommend going to another larger supermarket.

So this is a big grocery chain in New Zealand, I hope so because we found it whereever we went. there is a big parking lot. This is a big grocery store, walkign distance fromt he centre of the town. You get fresh and dry food. The staff is helpful. there in one entry and exit to this place. They do have a washroom for cusotmers as well. I love grocery shopping in new Zealand.

This smaller suburban supermarket has a handy location close to a small shopping center. Though aisles are compact, it has good range, good lighting, and nice extras like cards, magazines and flowers not found in many small places today.

I like this little local store.Generally plenty of parking & very little wait time at the checkouts. The staff are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint / disapointment would be that they often run out of the really good specials before the add is up & I am just not going to bother to wait around to fill out a raincheck. Their butchery department is really proactive & I have got some real bargins.

It's an ok neighborhood Countdown, with sufficient selection of products, but they get two things terribly wrong: there are always only two checkouts open and therefore long queues. And what is that cold storage room? It defies any basic marketing principle as no one is likely to shop around, only grab something quickly and run out of there as quickly as possible.
