Great range of quality products and staff are friendly, have been to other supermarkets where I’ve meet some not so friendly staff. Click and collect is a bonus. Not over crowded like Countdown and PaknSave.

I shop at this store every Tuesday, its never over crowded, the prices are competitive and the staff are nice and pleasant. I wouldn't go back there every week if not happy.

Excellent supermarket overall. It is a little more expensive than some other places but it is clean and orderly. The service from the staff is friendly and efficient. One team member in particular was especially helpful and friendly!

Used to my local when I lived in the vicinity, so I'm quite familiar with the store. The staff are always friendly and polite. Plenty of good produce and products to choose from and the prices are reasonable for a suburban grocery store. Self checkouts have been added which makes it easy to get a few bits and pieces without having to queue for long. Their alcohol selection is quite impressive and their fresh fruit and vegetables are always good. Plenty of parking and also an ATM located at the store entrance. Very handy.

Only place in Dunedin who stocks the applesauce I prefer. Ample parking. Staff friendly. LOVE the discounted products in the cooler room.

Great little supermarket, has everything you need. I do find the bread to never last long from here before going mouldy though, the packets are often foggy/sweaty on the inside when displayed on the shelves. While it's speculation I have seen the pallets of bread just sitting in the sun at the back of the carpark on more than one occasion which might be the reason for this? Or maybe the packet bread section of the supermarket is to hot? Regardless I don't buy my bread here anymore as it rarely lasts more than a few days.

We do the majority of our grocery shopping here and recently had an issue with something. The store owner as well as the head butcher made contact with me incredibly quickly and sorted me out. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and will continue to keep shopping here knowing that they truly do care about their customers 👍

Excellent customer service, clean with good displays. Meat and bread section have fresh products, however fruit and veggies section is very small. Prices are on the higher end. Definitely go to place when you just need couple of items as there is no other supermarkets nearby.

The staff are always so nice they remember your face, modern supermarket with traditional value service. Would be good to see value meats to supplement the top prime cuts in affordability though.

A very well laid out supermarket with good variety. A great selection of fresh vegetables and fruit as well as good quality meat which is packed in a good variety of sizes, catering for smaller requirements as well as family sizes. Prices are reasonable as well. The staff are very friendly and helpful and parking is very generous.

More expensive that others, but in general better quality fresh vegetables and higher quality food and wine etc. Also a big range of organic groceries. Lastly, staff are nice and it's not crazy busy plus there's lots of parking.

Nice supermarket but the people acted super funny when they ID'd me for a beer. I had my ID, but the girl that served me looked barely 18 and wasn't very customer service orientated 😊👌 felt like asking her for ID lol. But it's nice and local.

It's a super market. What more can I say. Decent range for such a small super market. Good range of imported goods if your into that. Decent vegetarian and vegan assortment. Deli could do with some better veggie options though.

I would love to see this supermarket providing: fruit and vegetables that are not wrapped in plastic, paper bags instead of plastic for the products in bins, discounts for people not using plastic bags at the counter....and anything that reduces plastic and unnecessary packaging. I would shop here more if I could see some of these initiatives in place. It is a handy location and has friendly staff.

Have the best cold drink selection I have ever seen, including several large bottles. Unfortuently those nifty little bags of precooked rice stuff are like $2:80 there. They also don’t have he good chai tea and always run out of cold brew coffee

This Fresh Choice supermarket is my Dunedin local for groceries and the like. However i have an in planted device like a pacemaker. Ever time I come into your supermarket this device sets of your alarms off. When I leave the alarms goes off again. I just letting you know, no doubt your security cameras track me as I'm shopping.
