The best deals in town, good selection of foodstuffs, including non-frozen items, well priced bulk items. The staff are all friendly, always smiling and greeting customers and very helpful.

Love frozen direct. Its great for buying frozen meats, seafood, vegetables, fruits and prepared goods at good prices. There is a range of frozen uncooked breads and biscuits. These are good for when you dont want to make your own from scratch but have fresh baked goods coming out of your oven anytime.They also have bulk goods that aren't frozen, like mayonnaise, hollandaise and tomato sauces, fruit toppings. A go to place when having lots of people round and you don't want to spend the day cooking. I have been shopping there for over 20 years.

Shop isn't huge but definitely has the selection you could ask for, prices are very reasonable for what's on sale - mostly factory seconds and cancelled export orders. Staff are friendly and seem to do a good job. Parking is ample and I've never had issues there. Bottom line; it is what it is, cheap frozen bulk food, right next to Coupland's and very reasonable prices.

Good place for bulk purchasing and usually cheaper frozen foods. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Parking is shared with other stores like Couplands and an auto parts store so it can be congested. It's my go to for slab cakes and frozen fruit.

Yum, this place has the best crossants, and we love the mm cookies for when extra kids come over. Throw in oven and 15 later warm cookies yum... also the bags of frozen veg are great value.

Frozen direct is the best. If you're buying your frozen food anywhere else then you're missing out. It's the perfect place to get everything you need sorted for a party, savouries, chips, vegetarian treats, and those fantastic Goofy cakes -they have everything you need for a great spread.

Omg friend introduced to me their bagels, yummy 😛 I then spied the frozen biscuits to just cook from frozen, usally i make my own from scratch, but these have been a life saver twice now, having extra kids after school with freshly baked cookies. Win win Awesome...
