Come here when we run out of things at home, clean store, nice staff, and a good variety of food, only thing for me that gives it a 4 is just the prices at times of things can be to much , other then that though they stock all kinds of food items that cater to everyone, they have a post shop in-store, lotto, and gifts, sunglasses etc, overall pretty good store.

I lost my car keys and thought I had left them at the check out. I was amazed by the concern and the attention I received. The lovely lady went through the cctv footage of me at the store to nail down where and if I left them. In the event they weren’t there but at least I knew that for sure. Yay for country towns and folks who care. That wouldn’t have happened in the city. Fabulous service and in case you were wondering I did find my keys. At home. Thanks so very much for your time and effort. 🌻♥️

Its such a change, from previous owners, to see that Featherston has a unique supermarket, now with Brad as a 'Butcher' it is easily the 'best meat' at their prices within the Wairarapa. They would be hard to beat!

As always . 5 stars . Love the staff. Love being acknowledged by the owner . Meat prices are better then everyone. I don't go to pack n save anymore. They don't have the Linda , Theresa or the Rachael B , experience. That guy that does the produce too. He's Indian . Love that guy.

Always friendly and helpful service. Open at useful times and for a small market still a good selection. Easy parking too. Shop local!

Full to the brim with food. This supermarket stocks everything you need. Either for a quick shop, or a weekly stock up. Don't be fooled by the small size as it serves the needs of the community. Great notice board with often quirky notices. Also has a lovely wooden seat in the lobby to rest a while on.

This is the best small town supermarket. Everything you need at reasonable prices, and owners who really care about the community. The only problem is the big corporate might of Kiwibank/NZ Post... their requirements don't create an ideal set-up for banking but it's all we've got.

Friendly service great staff ever helpful, could bring there pricing down a bit though certainly a lot cheaper to supermarket shop in Masterton or over the hill in Upper HUTT or towards Wellington,supervalue is only a convince store if you have forgotten to buy a grocery item elsewhere IT would certainly help the owner to bring their prices down if they did that they certainly would get a lot more locals buying in Featherston the really only customers it serves is those without their own transport or can't afford public transport to go elsewhere.
