Really helpful... and lovely people to boot... Very very clean great new gluten free range... If it's not in stock or stocks look low just ask as they possibly have new stock out back as they can not restock bins / refill bins with fresh newly arrived stock its apparently a council thing... Recommend to anyone try bulk buying a few things you usually buy at supermarket most normal things turn out very cost effective...

Best place to buy your dry staples, nuts, seeds, fruit. Oils, honey generally a huge selection of good food in the quantities you want not in the quantities a company packages. Take your own reusable containers, bags, boxes yes and you get a discount! Good ideas and recipes to boot.
