A bit over them advertising specials but not having the products. This is not only this Countdown all the stores in Hamilton seam to have this problem, not good for those that work until 5:30 PM the answer is always sorry we will have some more stock in store in a couple of days, they restock but again it's all gone by that evening and I miss out again.

Very convenient location but often find myself traveling to other countdowns purely because the parking is a nightmare at this store and trying to exit can take a long time and be dangerous getting onto Whatawhata Road. Veggie section not the greatest either, but there is a very good organic and gluten free area (conveniently next to the wine) that is amazing.

I'm mad cause there are no pods but i know thats not their fault. :( I just really want pods. I love this countdown alot though omg the staff are really lovely and the shop is very well arranged! Its in a good location too. I just wish they had pods.

Used this countdown for 9 years, one thing I've noticed is how when I shop here the stock is short dated. In other supermarkets I can buy bread with much longer expiry dates, and it's getting worse.

Parking is a frugal when you come in after 5pm. Best time to go is in the morning after the school rush is done because the shelves will be relatively stocked compared to the afternoon. Staff are generally friendly and willing to help. Good experience over all.

Better than the nawton countdown! We received an email about getting a code for our locker pick up but we didn't get it due to too much groceries, just give the head's up about where to pick up please. Otherwise a great shop.

The very first time they were delivered to me, I was pleasantly surprised to have a very happy, smiley-faced guy delivering them. He was very polite, and very caring, and very helpful. I’ve noticed in some supermarkets in Hamilton have had issues keeping the place clean, not here. I’ve yet to find a box out out of place in every department & there always seems to be a staff member somewhere close always happy to help, even if it is just to run out back to check if they’ve got any left in stock. Clean tidy, plenty of specials, but lack good security. I shop there every week, but sadly a number of items were found open and missing. Eg. I brought a pack of 6 tip top burgers buns, but only had 5 buns in it. Brought a few 1.5 soft drink, but some of the seals were broken. Staff needs to be more vigilant and more security measures needs to be in place.

This is our local for treats and grocery top ups. Convenient to where we live, reasonable prices with great specials from time to time. Great service with self service options. Online ordering is a great service also, can be delivered or arrange pick up which is convenient. With the recent (2016/17) upgrades the shop is now very roomy and offers more variety on products.

There is very rarely any fresh bread when we visit, (Tuesday evenings). The staff take to restocking the shelves, which are empty on a regular in the evenings, during opening hours all at the same time so often your tripping over boxes in the middle of the isles or cant even get your trolley pass. If they restocked regularly throughout the day there wouldn't be such a mad rush and chaotic scene during the evenings

All staff are nice except the woman with the curly hair. Very impolite. Did not greet me when I approached her counter station. And did not greet me at the end of our transaction. Made me feel like I was an annoyance. This needs improving since it's a reflection on your companies standards.

It was great. I had a small list of items but as I went around the different iles there were a lot thing cheaper than even pak n save. I had a ball and the staff are always extremely friendly. Countdown prices have certainly come down. Thank you Countdown Dinsdale.

Great range of fresh products (such as baking products). The staff are really outgoing and friendly. The ques are almost always short. The only bad part of this countdown is the limited range of vegan food products and dressings, for instance, it does not stock Aioli at all. In a increasingly vegan world this is very disappointing and shows a lot about the character of countdown in general.

When I went to pay I didn't have my wallet. Asked Lin if I could pay by internet banking as I live in rsglan. She replied that was not possible but if I wanted to put the money in her bank account she would buy my groceries. She really made my day. what a wonderful staff member

The self checkout makes getting in and out really fast and the store is somewhat organized. The only problems are there is a limited selection and I don't find the store as inviting. Overall it is your typical local grocery store and I haven't had any issues with customer service at this location. If you're an 🇺🇸, you can expect to find a limited international section here with things like Reese's Cups and Pop Tarts.😄👏🏼👌🏼 Apple Pay or Visa Pay Wave is supported at this location.

It is an alright countdown but this countdown in particular keeps removing certain products from shelves that are for sale in other countdowns in Hamilton. And some times they will just not have a certain products flavour for months and months but other then this it's not a bad countdown quite convenient with alot of shops close by and vegis and fruits are quite fresh and I haven't had much problems with bruised fruit or wilting vegis from here
