T.I like to shop at this countdown and the one on anglesea and liverpool. People moan about this store being low on some vegetable stock, then grow your own! People moan about some shelves being empty, go to pak n save then! This store is only a small store compared to dinsdale or other countdown stores. Instead of moaning, go to another store then! There are butchers, vege shops and other food centres to shop at so don't moan when there are other alternatives. Use your initiative to find other ways to fill your cupboards. Leave this store alone!

K. S.The worst thing about this supermarket is the parking, its impractical for shopping with small children..
The 4 stars are given for the friendly staff(even if I'm having a grumpy day they still smile and try to be as helpful as possible)..Being the smallest(?) Countdown in Hamilton means items can often be sold out but the staff are happy to offer replacements at cost of wanted item, or call when the item you want arrives..I like shopping here.

J.Has most things you could need. Definitely lacking selection in the more unique items but that's expected for a small store.
I. F.Convenient supermarket for me with good deals. Where I live I don’t have a good situation for getting couriers delivered especially signature couriers which can be annoying anyway. Thankfully I can get my mail redirected to countdown and pick them up whenever. They are not as good for redirections as a post office who are trained more specifically for it, but given it is not their core business I appreciate that they provide this service for no extra cost. Had a few incident where the checker has charged me the wrong amount, but they will fix it straight away and even sometimes give you the item for free you were overcharged for which is countdown policy. Couldn’t really ask for more.
R. M.Jacqui and Steve VERY helpful procuring wines for an up coming wedding. It was on a Sunday with all the covid stuff going on. Complete opposite to Dinsdale that we actually tried first and got turned away 'too busy'

Z. O.Dunno what it is about this place. You don't feel welcome or you're just another customer or the vibes aren't right... It's clean. Service is OK. Meat prices aren't that great. Specials are the same as other Countdown stores. Maybe it's the area?
