Half the stuff I brought was covered in dirt or other substances or damaged in some way no idea what was going on with the store this time. Last week it was moldy Crumpets days before they expired. Also next to no fruit or vegetables.

This is my supermarket of choice and I've always found the store to be clean and well laid out with a great selection of food and grocery items. Friendly helpful staff. I've been extremely impressed with the way the store and staff have managed customers, social distancing, cleanliness and stock on the shelves during Covid-19. Nice clean spacious shop. First time I changed my online order to this shop because its closer to home. I don't like their online collect depot. I prefer to collect inside the store as I usually grab things I've forgotten. I also think the service is more personal and welcoming. It's a personal preference to teturn to St James for online ordering.

Good countdown with a much better layout since the renovations. There has always been a bit of a wait here at busy times with a lack of counter staff but the new self service aisles makes a big difference. Good deli and bakery.

I don't often come to this part of Hamilton and shop at countdown in this location but it has a fresh atmosphere, well laid out and the usual special prices common to all these supermarkets.

Alhamdulillah! We had a wonderful expereince with countdown. We were not shoppers at countdown earlier, but due to lockdown we placed an order with them. In such a difficult time the management and service was amazing. Countdown is our new favourite shop now. It is not how good you are in normal situations, it is how good you handle the situation when things are not normal.

I really like this countdown!! ,from walking through the front doors to the checkout the staff are fantastic! the staff are always helpful with finding items you don't know where they would be. My kids also love this countdown a variety of free fruit for the kids to snack on while shopping, staff also hand out little chocolates or lollies for all ages of customers. Good variety of brands caters to some of my fussy household. Items on special are always well stocked when Ive visited..

All that a supermarket can be, shelf item ticketing can sometimes be missleading (as in most supermarkets) is currently being redone inside to match nationwide countdowns which is good. Double check specials if you dont have club card these can be misleading too

Convenient shopping location, McDo is few meters away, Rototuna Shopping Center is just across the road.
