Good price. Always need to have a good look around in the shop. A bit cramped. But with the amount of products it is a give on

Super Save Hamilton is good place to shop grocery in bulk. You will find food quite cheaper then anyonther super market especially if you are keen for Asian food like Pakistani or Indian. I have a great experience there, good customer service and good product display on shelves.

Very cheap veggies and fruits compared to supermarkets. Other spices, dried beans and nuts are also cheaper. Although the quality is not always the best but generally good. The trolleys are very big for the place which makes it very difficult to move around. I would suggest to provide some trolley baskets instead it as another option.

All time go to place for Indian grocery shopping. Great price and variety of things

Good selection of spices, nuts, seeds, flours, and Indian loose tea. There are all sorts of interesting flours, such as soy, corn (proper corn flour, not the thickening starch stuff), buckwheat, millet, rice, barley, sorghum, amaranth, etc. At first, I didn't understand what the flours were but then I found the English name on the back of the packet. Now I am baking ancient grain bread with a mixture of these flours.
