Good large supermarket, well stocked and good competitive prices. Staff were friendly and helpful, they new were items were when asked and were great showing exactly where it was as well, not my regular supermarket so had to ask a few times and had a great response everytime.

Worked out pretty well, fantastic hīkoi around the shopping center. The staff was gr8 assisting me with the Bananas & Lemon & Lime flavored water. A gr8 tremendous thanks 2 their staff.👍💖

I went in for several different items as I have a project I'm doing. I asked for help from several different staff who were all helpful until I needed plywood. The short man, appeared to be Indian or similar became obtuse and difficult to get what I wanted. He said that I should bring my husband in and let him sort it out. I told him that hubby wasn't around until Sunday, and he continued to treat me like an imbecle until I called my male friend over who was taking the ply home for me. Seeing that I had male support, he suddenly understood what I needed. My friend commented that him and his friend avoid him.

A nice place to shop easy to find. Lots of parking. Lotto. As a rule most staff are lovely but some can be quite rude. A great range of food. Wheel chair access. Not sure if there is toilets? Well worth the visit.

A very good range of products. Great deli and fruit sections. Ideal place if you are visiting town and want something fresh easy and tasty for dinner or lunch. Of course its excellent for the weekly shopping. Fuel on site as well.

Entrance through carpark is spacious and not over crowded. Clean and organized inside shopping area. Comfortable walking spaces down each isle and not over crowded. Food selection in deli/bakery is good. Customer service is friendly.

Very friendly service. Bakery stock was understandably low by the time of our evening visit. Deli service was a bit concerning with the (friendly) lady holding my food container with ungloved fingers on the inside. She did wash her hands first.

Well stocked with friendly staff. If you cant find what your looking for the staff are more than happy to help or they will find someone from that particular department. Hawera still has a small enough population that you can get personal service here........ and...... comparitvely its better priced than the New Plymouth pak n save. Not sure how this us possible? Well done Hawera Pak n Save.

I came to this store at 8 pm yesterday 24 1 19 and found the entrance door nearest to the disabled park where i normally leave my car closed and barricaded off. This has happened in the past but at an earlier time of 5 pm. I asked a staff member why the door was closed and was told that it was for warmth. [ on a hot summer evening!] . I than asked a security guard and he said that it was for security reasons. I think that both doors should remain open during the shop opening hours, and this closing of one door inconvenience`s the shoppers, especially ones like myself who have difficulty in walking. I have been a regular customer of Pak` n Save in Hawera since this store opened many years ago, and it is in more recent times that this practice has been occurring.
