W.I knew this place was about somewhere but really had no idea where it was. Stumbled across it the other night without trying when wandering about doing some Street Photography in the lovely Golden Hour light. David Strang patented a "soluble coffee powder" in 1889 which he marketed as Strang's Coffee so invented the ubiquitous Instant Coffee, he is also credited with inventing the mix of coffee & cocoa - a Mocha as we all know and love these days but not way back when.
