This supermarket is full of excellent quality products. The range of wines is awesome and the quality of the meat in the butchery is very very good. I was most impressed with the delicatessen because it had really helpful staff and they were full of knowledge about their products. This is a high class supermarket where people want to work, and customers are treated with respect

A small clean tidy outlet at the time of my visit. Just beside BP. Opened till 9pm.

Manager who helped me with the rug doctor on Friday night was super lovely & helpful. young team at the counter were also polite and friendly...way to go team, such a nice place to shop.

Super cool. I emailed saying I was letting them now my lamb chops were yuck. They replied saying they looked into the supply chain and had a voucher for me slightly more than what I paid for the chops. Staff are always lovely.

Clean store, helpful staff but can be difficult to find a Wheelchair/Mobility permit park - most are taken by other shoppers without a Mobility permit parking card and these parks are not protroled by management… But the store dose have a nice gentle ramp up into the store plus self opening doors. I haven’t used the wheelchair toilet at this store so can’t make comment...

New world has awesome customer service, the staff are amazing, nicer set up and nicer products than bigger supermarkets. It usually quieter than other places and products are more accessible. Downfall is that you pay for it with their pricing.

Elles road new world excellent service today. One of the staff members heard me saying to the checkout lady there'd been a certain flavour of whittakers king size chocolate i tried to find & couldn't. The other staff member tried to find it for me, albeit unsuccessfully. Without me even asking them for help. Also after paying i found I'd bought the wrong bananas: ie not the ones on special. A staff member went & got a bunch of the right ones & gave me a refund of the overspend.
