H.Great for special dietary needs. I'm on a low carb diet and I made the yummiest me to cinnamon loaf with ingredients from the Pantry.
C.First time visit. Went with a friend who was refilling an olive oil bottle. If I lived in Invercargill would certainly go there to fill my containers with ingredients for cooking and cleaning product etc. You can also get what you need...smal or large quantities.
