It has all the basics that you can need. Stuff is very kind, which is essential. I would suggest a more variety of healthy foods like low sugar options, low carb, gluten-free, etc. Poor variety of veggies and fruits comparing competition.

The staff are very helpful when it comes to asking for products that I am unable to see on shelves there is one staff member that I can say that she is very helpful she will go the distance to help customer's like myself!and elderly I think her name is hine tomai I think not to sure, she is very observent when it comes to seeing customer's looking for products that are not on the shelf,also if checkout is short or there's alot of customers in-store she'll drop what she is doing to help out, Put it this way she is an asset to kaikohe new world 🌎 and she works really well with other member's of new world 🌎 every customer is always looking for her especially local customers So this is my reasons that hopefully she may be reckonised for all she does and hopefully a pay raise may be considered just putting it out there!!

There are many products which did not have any price tag. When I queried with the staff..they suggested that I put these in my trolley and take it to the cashier who would check the price for me. Isn't there a law in New Zealand to display the price of food items?? Location is good. Product range is ok.

I was standing at the counter purchasing 2 trays of eggs,as they neared the teller she looked at the eggs and asked me if I'd noticed the 2 tray egg packs on the shelf. I hadn't noticed as I was in a hurry..She told me the packs were cheaper than buying seperate trays..she then kindly took the two trays away and walked the distance to get me a 2 tray pack of eggs..Wow!!I was so appreciative.. So thankyou Sheree Moon for caring for your customers..awesome customer service..

I love the young girl with the short blue hair that I've been seeing lately, amaaazing customer service and she welcomes you with a welcoming smile! It also gets pretty hectic in there and you guys keep it well under control! And to the young people at Deli keeping it alive and bright 👍🏼 amaaazing! I love it there 👍🏼

Excellent parking immediately adjacent to the New World supermarket - including several parking for disabled parking spots. Ramp access. Public toilets 50m North of supermarket. Very good range of products at ok prices - including food bar with hot chips and backery. Great, friendly and helpful staff.

But you should plan some time, here you lose yourself fast, with the huge selection. We recommend. :-) (Original) Super Auswahl. Super groß und gut sortierter laden. Die Parkplätze sind großzügig. Hier gibt es eigentlich nichts, was es nicht gibt. Etwas Zeit solltest du aber einplanen, hier verlierst du dich schnell, bei der riesen Auswahl. Sehr zu empfehlen. :-)
