One of the nicest New World branches I have been in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Store is well presented and for their size provide a really good variety

It is good but not the cheapest, which is a little bit annoying as it's the only convenience store arround as far as I am aware. But otherwise you can get about anything you need and they have a section with freshly baked goods that are very affordable most of the time. All in all pretty solid.

We stopped here whilst visiting New Zealand on a motorhome tour. We had a fabulous time on our trip and everywhere we went the scenery was amazing, the people friendly and very welcoming. We can thoroughly recommend you do the same as New Zealand is an amazing place. Highly recommended 👍

Good supermarket, they have everything you need. The location is a big minus, especially if you don't have a car. But the store is really good! But there is one thing that's special for Dutch people in this supermarket, they have waffers and De Ruijter chocolate!! Mjam!

Staff here were so helpful organising two bouquets of flowers for a funeral in Kaikoura that we couldn't get to because of the earthquake. Happy and friendly too despite everything they were no doubt going through, a pleasure to deal with.

Soup isle didn't contain any soup, and the manager seemed convinced it was a pet shop and didn't sell soup. Very strange.
