The only downside was that the self service aisle was not very evident. The good thing is that they have their own petrol pumps and you get a discount off the petrol dependent upon purchase. the store was well stocked and the service excellent.

It's local I use to get supplys service is friendly, they have what you expect from a super market and definitely worth it for the discount fuel. They sell Masahi probably the best energy drink around for focus etc and it's hard to find so glad they sell it..

Our first and only paknsave in NZ. We enjoyed the shopping experience. Good choice of goods. Some kiwi said, thad PnS is the cheapest supermarket in NZ. They give you discount for fuel if you buy anything (even only worth 1 NZD) at their store. Shopping unde palmtrees in Kaitaia. Nice town to live in anyway.

All round a good store. Easy to access the spacious carpark from the main road. Be careful while parking as it gets quite busy. Store is large as expected of the name and carries a good range of groceries. Fresh meat, fish and baked goods are on offer and of a high standard. Store is kept clean and orderly by hard-working staff.

Very Friendly Staff and Helpful when in need of finding something or getting something down. Loving the $1 or $2 weeks or the $5 week deals with the mutli buys made shopping this week cheaper and more affordable for me and my family. Very keen to try out the Click and Collect at some point in the near future.

Since this is the only big grocery store around you don't have a choice but to go here. However the staff is very friendly and they always ready to help you whenever they can. Being the only store around has its disadvantages though. If they see that a product is not going off the shelf for a while because of a similar lower priced competitor, they'd simply wait for the lower priced item to sell out and then they'd stick a notice that it's out of stock. So you would be left with no choice but to buy the higher priced item. Case in point Budget/Value tomato tins. However this place has variety of options to choose from and the prices are comparatively less than Auckland.

I go to Pak n Save Kaitaia at least 3 times a week, the staff there are always friendly & helpful, that goes a long way to making you want to go back there. When you get there you see the same people working there with the same smiles & you expect to see them as well, I sometimes go there just to see their friendly faces, that makes my day...they're like old friends.

Just popped into PaknSave Kaitaia for 3 items although once in store realised there were other items needed. Interestingly lots of toilet paper on the shelves! Was fairly busy for a Monday afternoon but checkouts flowed well. 4 stars as there's always room for improvement.
