G.Becky & Marty are keen believers in organic food items for the improvement of your immune system. If you require some special organic component not available in the shop, they may be able to order this in for you, at your request.
Nevertheless my experience tells my very clearly: Your immune system with the appropriate hygiene is the 1st line of defence against virus attacks only. Although most important.
The 2nd line of defence is vaccination.
The 3rd line of defence is treatment of your infection with antivirus medication. Also in hospital, if still available, and not overwhelmed by Covid-19.
The last resort is a ventilator with about 50% chance of survival for the unvaccinated. Fully vaccinated people in the present 4th wave in Germany end up in hospital very rarely. I hope here in NZ we will not need too many waves until we all have built up our 2nd line of defence.
The unvaccinated, carrying the bug, are like a loaded gun directed against everybody.
