J. G.I like the spacious aisles which are well stocked always. The best place to buy Dole bananas. But I find the grocery items dearer than Countdown. And the self service checkouts only allow 12 items and not a whole shop!

K. R.I always enjoy New World Kerikeri. My only complaint and I have heard the same from other shoppers is that we put our groceries on the counter with the bag we want them to go in. However some of the staff totally ignore our reasons. Surely as the customer we can call the shots!!!!??
A. S.Great supermarket. On average a bit more expensive than Countdown but stocking a great range. And oh... don't buy the bacon and egg pie at the deli otherwise my partner misses out and he LUVS them, they're the best you can get between Kaitaia and Hamilton

R. W.Overall the supermarket has a good selection of meats, both top and budget end. Great selection of seafood. The deli has amazing pies! Plus the food is appetizing fresh and presentable. Wine selection is small but has a good variety. I'd like to see a bigger selection of crates beers. The one downside that I feel needs looking at is the entrance into the supermarket area. It seems to create a bottleneck just after the turnstiles. Staff are friendly and helpful.

g. r.Hi team i would like to make a suggestion to management at a time like this i know you are doing your best but this may help to keep people safe while shopping,you have a start point already mark aisles with arrows so shoppers start at one end and enter your aisles correctly so we aren't going against the flow of traffic this will stop people coming together a simple solution and will make the flow of shoppers better.Customers to be informed before commencing their shopping

S. B.Great little supermarket !! No issues and the cafe is nice, there is also a public toilet and plenty of parking. I do get a little dissapointed with the customer service .. they are usually young however don't smile or talk and can be quite grumpy at their job !
S. C.I always check my receipts having been overcharged. I find I'm overcharged almost every visit. Then I have to wait at least five minutes while they check and refund having had to listen to the excuses. Never been undercharged !
