K.Better salads than countdown. Most of the younger staff are very, very rude!! go through the checkouts with the old old girls, they're sooo lovely!! There's a security guard there atm due to covid whos extremely aggressive!! Hes treating everyone like a criminal. I was complying, so can only imagine how abusive he'd be to someone who didn't completely conform. I felt very intimidated and uncomfortable.
As I tried to continue my shopping he proceeded to follow me, yelling and got right in my personal space. I felt so intimidated, uncomfortable and was soooo embarrassed.

D.I enjoy shopping at New World, Levin. They have a great selection of products, and we often walk out and stop for a light lunch at their cafe or by Lotto also on the way out.
P.Even though it was really busy on Xmas eve, i entered the store, it was clean, start forward and i could get what i wanted which was fresh Warehou fish fillets from the Seafood section, go through the self-checkout all under 5mins.

T.I'd like to praise Levin New World for how great they are dealing with the panic shopping at the moment, how well there shelves are stocked. Staff are happy and smiling and they are cleaning the checkouts in between customers. Great experience nothing to fault. The staff helped me lift a 15 litre of water. Always come from Kapiti to shop here.

M.Update 2021. Used to be the best new world in nz. But started degenerating about 2018. Slack shelves, messy and disorganised. Missing all sorts of lines. Topped it off this year by going covid crazy and treating customers like infected zombies.
It used to be so different. Here's what I said about five years ago. What this wide-ranging fair pricing market is doing in middle nz is hard to fathom, but it says a lot about the skill of the management and surprising interests of the locals. We live in wgtn, and have holidayed in waiterere for 20 years. There's nothing like this supermarket. Everything you need. Totally peerless in nz. Dead serious.
s.Great selection of groceries, very friendly &helpful staff that have a great sense of humor. Everything could be cheaper but not to bad.
M.Great New World Supermarket- free wifi and good fresh mussels - also plenty of food at the deli hot meals !

C.The older white hair lady in the deli service area has been rude to me twice now. Today seeing her ignoring me chatting to someone I brought prepackaged instead. If i need deli products in future I will take my shopping for a big family to countdown. On the other hand the lass at the counter, as they all are..are lovely and helpful.

P.This shop was very helpful to me usual friendly staff thats part of new world service every where in our New Zealand stores I never go anywhere else for my main shopping I do go to four square occasionally for small things who belong to the same company five stars here too

C.Parking is great and location is central. The store is clean. I find that not many specials are available on a Monday at 9am and on Tuesdays around 11am. So often shelf filling takes place at the busy times or doesn't happen. I have noticed that there is a lack of verity of individual veges I.e. cabbage 1 green 0 red 0 crinkled 0 chinese. Onions 1 red 1 brown 0 pickling 0 white. Coffee selection is great, meat quality is the best of all the Supermarkets. Counter and Checkout staff are efficient.
C.Nice beetroot and carrot Pams salad. Fresh buns and tasty Ham. Excellent Fuel voucher.😁😁😁

S.Our "Go To" supermarket when in Levin. Very busy in the run up to Christmas. Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent range but perhaps a bit pricey when compared to Pak n Save. Recommend

W.New World is a lovely supermarket that has everything you need for your cupboards.
The staff are very good and are there to help you with anything you want to find. They even pack your groceries. I love shopping here and they have loads of specials

g.Typically what you can expect from a New World super market. Spotless throughout wide range of goodies friendly, helpful staff and for movan travelers like us very easy to find a park. We have been back there many times.

S.Usually great service but sadly not today, operater would rather pick at her nails than look up, and yes I stood waiting for her while she did it. I don't ever review but was so annoyed today I have. Don't want to complain about young people but this young lady needs to find a job away from public

Wheelchair parks and access and baby parks available. Discount when using reusable bags. There is a café on-site with store baked goodies and coffee.

W.I do not own a car. As I need to walk with my purchases between the stores I find that New World is a great place to start, then I work my way across town. Love that NW has free wifi. This is a service to the public that the other supermarkets do not have.

L.A large store with an excellent selection if quality products. The stylish store (David Trubridge lights in a super market!) has a constant flow if customers all day. The cafe and flower shop are a bonus.
I.Love the selection of ready to eat options. I drive to Levin weekly in and out and usually will pop in to grab a healthy dinner option.
A.Although recently upgraded shelving etc prices often too high and not enough specials this I shop around and often go elsewhere due to costs.

D.Everything's always stocked well and fresh everyday. The new world here is reasonably big with more than the majority in Stock. I find I am more likely to get find fish; kina, oysters etc here then anywhere else. Quite spacious for those rush hour times where being a tight squeeze is a mild issue considering other local shops I find myself waiting to move forward. Two thumbs up 🖒🖒
