Good shop friendly staff no worries. Handy on the way to buy groceries at Pak N Save. Much better quality products in some cases than the supermarket. One of the best places for rice in Lower Hutt. Also near one of my favorite Indian restaurants, Coco Kai.

The best thing happened in lowerhutt CBD was shivaay. They listen and respond to us. Very good attitude and most Indian food related items are found here

I love this place, friendly staff and always something new to discover to spice up your dishes. I particularly wanted to mention the rice selection, just to the left of the entrance, awesome quality and cheaper than the supermarket. The spices come in large sizes or small if you just want to test them out

Small, handy, Indian grocery store where you can find more common items like ground chilli, and other spices, etc if you're in that part of Lower Hutt (almost next door to Pak n Save). You don't have to buy in bulk as they are willing to sell in small quantities. You may also find some unexpected items there if you look or ask the owners who are very obliging.

Plus point of this place is open till late evening, you can picj up things while returning from office, so no need to wait till week end. Hw has good stock of indian groceries

Full selection and even better prices. Real Indian experience. Spices, curries, sauces. Friendly staff even helped carry bags to my car.
