L.This is my goto shop, although small it has a wide variety of produce. They also run specials that are better than some of the bigger supermarkets. Friendly staff plus a lotto makes this more appealing

C.Great little supermarket ...!!! Handily located on my local route this market is very well stocked! I stop in often to pick up items I may have missed during our daily excursions to countdown ... they almost always have what I'm looking for and as for their prices, well it's not meant to be paknsave so it's all relative! Staff are always friendly and they are very efficient, I'm almost never in queue for long! They have parking available around back! I'm more then happy to recommend ...!
C.Such a convenient location but they always seem to have such good prices on meat! I usually pop in for little extras but have also done bigger shops there before. Easy parking and entry and exit. For a smaller grocery store it packs a lot of punch!
L.SupetValue, SuperSpecial, SuperCheap!! Compared to local supermarkets this store is fantastic. Good to see this store has affordable products that other supermarkets are selling for a few dollars more. Those few dollars add up when on a tight budget.

K.Not busy so easy in and out. Felt a little uncomfortable as he wanted to charge me for the drink under my arm with my Subway purchase. Silly as he saw me enter, get an iceblock and go straight to him to pay!!

A.A partner store of Countdown so lots of countdown own products. Items are fractionly dearer than at countdown themselves but the convenience is worth the cents extra for me.
Excellent fruit and vegetables at competitive prices.
No bakery to speak of just a few packs of buns from countdown that are not the freshest.
Great to pick up a pie from the warmer for a fast lunch or those items you've forgotten for dinner.
They will also get items in if you ask. They did that with my particular coffee pods which was great for me!

M.A nice handy super store really helpful if we don't have a chance to visit the supermarket, moreover it beats the prices of a supermarket as well for some items e.g. meat n eggs

H.Great space, good range of selection. This place is better to shop when it's quiet sometime just before midday and before 3pm as there's heavy traffic in the morning and from after 3pm. Parking is very limited even off street parking.
T.We've been regulars for 3 years purely due to the amazing staff! We've always found the customer service exceptional and are yet to leave the store without exchanging a smile or joke with a member of the team.

T.NO TRUST......This is my local, Ive been shopping here since it opened. The only annoying thing is the many staff Supervalue go through and having to show my ID each time, unless a manager that knows me is on.
I had a run in with a manager, whose staff member asked me for ID. I didn't have it on me and had to drive home to get it. Before that i tried to explain that I'm local, I've been coming in for ages, I say I'm 39yrs old...I mean if I was gonna lie about my age to buy alcohol why would I say some fat fetch age like 39 if i look u25???
The other obvious reason are my kids who are teenagers (13&15) I mean I can't of had them when I was 10 or 12? which must mean I'm obviously over 25?? I absolutely know staff are only doing their job and its law but this is when exceptional customer service, discernment and trust should come in.
B.Have been buying food from there since it opened. The staff are Friendly. I wish the store had more options for certain foods, but otherwise is always a good experience

c.This is a great super market owner operated and employees are local, love the personal attention that you dont receive at larger outlets, Id would much rather support you guys than burn up my carbon foot print traveling else where. Keep up the great work. Just loose the plastic bags, keep the specials rolling in and the brocolii fresh
b.Very friendly staff. The isles are narrow and staff are usually working in them which can be quit a bother. But the prices are fair for a small supermarket.
