New World has MY vote.. Big time! Staff always friendly, shop always clean and good bargain prices. Plus I love the really GOOD mark-downs in the random - Occasional "SPECIAL's" bin - on the corner of the odd aisle! Bargains for as low as 2 or 3 dollars sometimes! Keep it up New World 😉✓

Great selection of food for a supermarket Cafe onsite prices are as high or higher than the cafes in town, which is a bit disappointing. ended up going to a bakery for lunch.

Now before we begin let me forewarn you, I have been to other stores within the New World franchise (subsidiary of Foodstuffs). And this morrow I have been bedeviled with work troubles, I asked the lass across the counter if the store stocked SIM cards, and fortunately they did. Much welcomed news. I was treated with the majesty and respect of Aristotle or Johnathan Rotten of the Sex Pistols. 2 stars.

4 stars. Good meat (meat), staff are friendly, but I wanted to know where the local prostitueren was, unfortunately no one knew and I'm sitting here at home with my whipped cream and nowhere to go. Wellington is better for that.

Love their meat selection!! Just bought some smoky bacon sausages that are made in store and they were absolutely delicious!! Staff are always friendly and helpful and the store is always spotless. My only complaint would be the parking! The spaces are on the wrong angle and hard to get into. If they could fix the parking they would be perfect.

Very good staff, car park a bit cramped, good selection of products, fruit and vegetables are very good, but check out can be a headache, but over all if you have the time to wait, very good. (Prices well if you want quality you pay for it that goes for any thing, and that doesn't matter where you go quality costs) Now they do have the gold card what will help the older people a bit, it all helps, also flybys. Thanks Louise.

Nice staff here and good fun to chat with....always have a laugh and a joke. It's the staff that makes the difference that brings back the regulars year upon year. The home delivery is just the best with great service by the driver. Well worth the $10 fee.

Great products and they usually have everythingyoure looking for. The one downside is that the service is a nightmare. There are not enough checkouts open. Set aside an extra 15mins if you go.

Always have a huge selection of foods to choose from. Ranging from the sugar sweet processed goodness we all love through to raw organic & vegan treats :). Deli options always look fresh &inviting. Made a suggestion on their Facebook page to stock little bird products and they messaged to a month or so later to let me know these are now stocked and where I could find them (aisle 9)

Easy access. Reasonable parking but in reality busy times a bit harder to find a park. But once inside shopping is well laid out. Staff friendly and helpful to find that elusive product. Good stock levels to choose from. Well lit.

Please, please be more friendly to our enviroment!- PLEASE stop using any type of plastic packaging in the fresh fish dept. I chose not to buy your fish today as all on wrapping offer was "bio degradable" plastic bags. Please get rid of all plastic. Whats wrong with grease proof paper and paper?.

It's a small New World, conveniently located with a great selection and good prices. It doesn't have self-serve kiosks, which means it keeps locals employed at the tills. Lots to like about this store.

All New World's are the same through the country but I have to say going into Masterton New World you were greeted with smiling, helpful staff that were happy to interact with you and help accommodate what you needed. From the Lotto to going around the store to the checkout such wonderful positive staff. Well worth the experience.
