The staff here are awesome, I always shop here, and they are doing their best during lockdown. Countdown should really invest in a bigger store in Morrinsville however as this is the only thing letting it down. Product range is a little lacking, but in all honesty, I still prefer it over the other supermarket in Mootown. Cheers.

Drove along way to check out this Countdown a very small supermarket disappointed with the small range of products couldn't get alot of the products I would normally buy Cant wait until Auckland is open for business so I can go back to The Pukekohe South store

Store is small and cramped. Selected range and the prices are $1 to $2 more than any Auckland Countdown. Upside tho is the staff. Every staff member I seen in store was smiling and cheerful. The girls at the checkout were so friendly and lovely.

I always enjoy my shopping time in Countdown. There's enough room for me and my mobile scooter to get through the aisles I don't have any problems at all. The staff are courteous and helpful most of the time. Thanks Morrinsville countdown. :)

Convenient, have to watch prices and I wish they would separate Gluten Free items from organic or health food marked products. Today I found organic and Gluten free crackers together on the deli counter and remarked about it to the sales assistant. It's bad enough having to pay a premium price for Gluten Free items without having to take time to check every ingredient. I am aware of my regular G/F items so don't need to check ingredients as product is marked Gluten Free, but to find yummy crackers NOT Gluten Free WITH ones that are is definitely NOT GOOD MARKETING. Nice small supermarket, 1 checkout operator gave my bags to the customer in front of me when she left, wasn't impressed, she didn't even apologise or offer to replace my bags, I had to trolley them to my boot!! And lost 10 bags :(

A nice supermarket where everyone is very friendly and it's never very busy. They usually have what you need and only sometimes run out. But I always shop here when I need, carpark is sometimes a bit full but its close to walking distance for the other shops and there's the public toilet close too!

Friendly checkout & Internal staff. Queries are answered by any staff member, even with an help desk. Great range of food & general merchandise IE: coffee filters, babies needs... ETC! Great range of parking too. I visit often!
