Well stocked, we'll layed out.....a pleasure to shop in and the young man who looked after us at the checkout.....an absolute delight. 2022.....still using this as our primary supermarket and have never been disappointed by either the product range or the staff.

I just love New World, the staff are awesome an they have what I want in my weekly shop, except brown sugar lol. I needed a bag to make my chutney lol. I get really great bargains at this shop and as time goes by the prices increase a little but I'm still happy to shop there. There's plenty of room in the shop and there's a loo as well. And I must say heaps of parking, which is great

New world is great place to shop until you reach the counter. Some of the ladies don't say anything not even a hi. I guess they may get tired of repeating the same (hi how are you lines) but I think it would make a more pleasant environment or experience if they'd be more happier, because most times their faces say otherwise.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Tidy and well set out. Good range of products, and especially like that they have large triangular chicken tux dog biscuits. My dog cannot eat beef but New World in Morrinsville is the only place around, even looked in Hamilton, that sells chicken flavour.

Loving the new layout and the self-service checkouts. I can pack my groceries exactly how I want. Always a good selection of food products available and staff are always happy to check out the back for anything that is not on the shelf and have always gone over and above confirming whether products are dairy-free or not.
