Extremely helpful I was looking for a eye wash and washer and could not find it after looking for some time I gave up. When I was going up to pay for my items I mentioned it to the woman on the checkout who said yes it's there who asked another employer who was not working that day who stopped doing what she was doing and took me to the item I was looking for I was so relieved and thankful that they both took the time definitely going back there to shop

The quality of the meat, Veges and bakery is a lot better compared to countdown however you are paying alot more of this. Pac n save offer similar items at much cheaper prices

I don't get to shop here regularly but in my opinion it's the best new world in the Dunedin area. Space for parent/children parking, staff always on hand to help. Excellent produce, lots of choice.

I come here often and it is a really good shop. I am, however, disappointed that the salted caramel scrolls' price has gone up by 50 cents. They were $1.99 now they are $2.49, but other than that this is great. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Very clean as fresh grocery store. Modern premises with plenty of parking. There is a lotto outlet on site. Fruit and vegetables are always of an excellent standard. As with many New World supermarkets, there is a butchery on-site so you're spoilt for choice with great cuts of meat, which again is great quality. There is a wide variety of items to choose from and fabulous deals with the use of the club saver card. Staff are always polite and friendly and will bag your items carefully, which is always a bonus. Definitely the better of the supermarkets in Mosgiel.

Waiting time given in the web site is totally wrong! This morning there was at least 200 meters long Q. Please update or do not give messages like 10 min wait! However, it was much different at 1030hrs! And it was excellent choice of items and superb service at the counter! Well done!

What really sets this supermarket apart from the rest is it cafe. They have the best food to grab for lunch with the bonus that you can also grab things from the supermarket and mix the two places together. You can do takeaway or dine-in.

A convenient supermarket in the middle of Mosgiel this is great for grabbing a quick snack or lunch to take to the nearby playground. As usual, more expensive than the nearby Countdown though.

We had an amazing Pho and some Bao Buns today. Just great flavours. We found them via their Food Truck, loved the food so much we had to go to the restaurant in Dunedin. Highly recommend them. Great service and staff. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
