j. B.Best supermarket in town. My wife and I shop there on a regular basis. Allen is great. Team are friendly. Checkouts run smoothly. Stock is almost always available and well presented.

R. W.Well stocked, clean, with pretty fast and efficient checkers. Not the biggest supermarket but by no means small. Parking is easy and uncrowded. One complaint: The layout funnels everyone in through a rather narrow entry into the produce area (which is also narrow). Worse, this entry has a refrigerated food display so people stop to look, and those of us behind them have to wait. I wish they'd make an alternate entry into the store.

J. S.Really liked going here, until today when I went thru the self checkout was putting my paid items in my bag, and then the staff member said can I check your bag, I was quite shocked.. I thought I am a paying customer and your asking me this..so I said do you think I would take something , she said sorry just staff policy.. This situation can be really off-putting.
M.I would like to write this review to Arama a very helpful worker that I meet at aisle 6 while I was looking for adult diapers. He was very helpful in helping me find the diaper that fit my needs. While I was talking to him he talked to me about his troubles with his bowel aswell. This helped me feel very comforted and I felt like I was in a safe environment. He then proposed to me to buy the Abena adult diapers. And I have not looked back since.
Thanks Arama you deserve a pay rise!!!

T. C.Small store, difficult to use parking. More of a metro new world than a full sized supermarket. If you need a full size shop then the Pak n Save near Dressmart or the countdown at Bayfair are more likely to be helpful.
This New World is convenient for getting picnic stuff for the beach or when driving home but I would not use it regularly.

T.Bit confused about the difference between the online and in-store prices but I got what I needed and I am happy with that well at least my fur babies will be happy for another week of their favorite food

B. G.Due to Covid restrictions, shopping for less than say 6 items where there is no basket options only a trolley, it's a pain. Understand why but you are still touching other stuff. So, I probably will not bother shopping there if I'm only doing a small shop
V. M.Last night Thursday 19 March, I arrived with my ageing red Nissan leaf, I charge her here from time to time while shopping at this supermarket. On arrival I noticed that the supermarket now has 2 delivery vans, must be getting busy I thought. Sadly for me both parked in the EV charging slots. Not good for me at all. I needed to fuel up to get home that night. At first I found it hard to find any staff able to help. But after a few more enquiries I gained an EV slot for my car.
So altogether I found the the staff really helpful, especially the man that moved the supermarket van that wasn't being charged, really great and friendly, even though it was SUPER busy.
A great place to shop and charge my old leaf. Thank you

However when we got to the carpark that is when things took a turn.
We were emptying our bags into the car when the trolley boy approached and put his hands on the trolley.. we tried to engage him with conversation but he just looked at us as we continued to empty the trolley. Was a really awkward interaction and now I don't shop there anymore just in case he strikes again.

M. J. K.Went to buy a cool bag or chill bag, couldn't find it but I asked someone who was stacking things, he stopped what he was doing and took me to the place. The bag was only $3 dollars, these guys have great customer service, reasonable priced items and good space to park.

M. R.New World has convenient underground parking, wheelchair parking with a lift right next to it. Prices are a bit dearer that the other 2 competitors, but a good range with easant helpful staff. they have a reaso able range of Blackmores products.
