Purchased the Airfryer, best product ever bought, have hardly used the oven since. Took a while to get any correspondence Re. The delivery of this after full payment was made. After having to send an email to follow up on this, it was actioned fairly promptly & it arrived fairly quickly after this & the packaging and product was pretty impressive

I have brought items from yous for so many years now. I am very happy with most of the items I have brought, mostly my containers. I just have one problem, around two of my container that folds down it has cut along the crease of the lining. I know it wasnt made by me but i believe it has happened from me folding containers down. Would love it if it could be replaced with two new ones. Thanks

I purchased several sizes of Flat Stacks at our local Home and Garden show in Cleveland. I do love the product but my large rectangular was cracked and they were supposed to send me a replacement which I still have not received. I have sent several text messages and a voice mail. Absolutely no complaints about the service from your team. Your staff made this transaction effortless. My only comment would be having been in business myself is that if I was in control I would get rid of the steam driven courier system you use. I have no idea if they are the cheapest but they are certainly not the fastest or anywhere near the best organized. Unable to tell the client where their parcel is or even deliver it to the correct address tells its own story. I can say that I realise once picked up delivery is out of your hands and the delivery problems will have no bearing on us purchasing from you in the future. A pleasure to deal with you again. I have had two sets of the Flat Stack containers for a couple of years, just love them but two of the lids have cracked on the clips, I wash the lids by hand, would appreciate having these replaced if possible the blue lid and the purple lid. Thank you. Christine Cross

H2O e3 mop system. Purchased in November. Great product. The bottle had a tiny hole and honestly, the service provided to replace the bottle was amazeballs. Online assistance was great and upon emailing the issue, they had a replacement on the courier van and it was received within 24 hours, days before Christmas. Thank you so much. Totally an airfryer fan from the past, but due to the black model colour not being available at the Home & Garden show we'd visited, this was quickly shipped out to me after the weekend & we were using by Tuesday arvo; can't wait to use the 10L cavity to cook rotisserie chickens in - haven't done yet, but can see the potential for self-basting goodness. Have used 3x since purchasing last week, but noticed it's difficult to clean the rotating cage as it stained easily. Still have to master the art of crispy chippies, but overall, I'm happy with our purchase that included the extra accessories

Just love the Nellie Mop…so easy to use and the results are fantastic. I have kitchen and bathroom tiles with hard to clean grout😍😍. I love my Woll pans have used them now for several years and still completely non-stock and no "coating" ending up in your food. Have now upgraded to induction ones so look forward to trying them. Really worth buying one of these racks. Holds so much and doesn't take up heaps of space! So easy to move around if need be. The first one I bought had a crack in the foot and after emailing the Team at Show TV with a photo, they replaced it without any problems. Euroblade Campfire is a great concept, and the music and lighting features is a bonus no doubt, but we purchased this for the heating aspects rather than the bling. We felt the heating doesn't really give off enough heat in my opinion. We tested it inside first and I felt it didn't really warm up the room as much as I would have thought since it was meant for the outdoors? Communication and delivery was great and very quick.

A few months back I purchased an FryAir and after using it a few times I wrote a 1 Star review. Show TV got in touch and advised I may have received a faulty unit. This 5 Star review is for the customer service I received from Show TV. Although the communication was slow which is completely understandable this during a pandemic and numerous lockdowns, they took the faulty unit back and refunded my money (they also offered me a replacement unit). The company/staff were fantastic and I would not hesitate to purchase again from them. Great customer service team., top notch. Thank you.

We bought the mulberry silk duvet cover. It is lovely and light. However it doesn't provide the same warmth as our feather and down duvet cover as described. This would be a nice duvet for the summer months, but for a cold Christchurch winter it isn't warm enough. I imagine it would be fine in a centrally heated home.

Absolutely brilliant service! I made an error with my order - was supposed to pay using afterpay but stuffed it up so the full amount was deducted. They cancelled my order without a fuss and refunded my payment so I could then reorder using afterpay. Whilst I know I created more work for them, they never made me feel an inconveience - in fact quite the opposite. Add to that the speedy delivery. I ordered on the Friday and I received it first thing Monday morning in Wellington. Absolutely A+ service!

I bought a Fryair 6 months ago and I absolutely LOVE it! We're a family of 4 so needed something big enough. I found that it is perfect for us. I also wanted something easy to use and clean which is totally the case. It's quick, easy, healthy and delicious! It doesn't dry out the meat or anything. Kids love it too. Best purchase ever, would recommend 100%! Also, big thanks to the costumer service for sorting out the delivery address with the courrier delivery guy for me. we are very happy with our euroblade heater and the still quick service even though we were in level 4 lockdown,the only negative is some of the screwsto fit it broke ,they didnt seem to be of good quality however my husband had some in his garage he could use.

It takes awhile to figure out the operation of the fryer but so far so good. Us older folks do take time to figure out these latest gizmos. Thank goodness for grandchildren who live nearby. The only point I would make is the issue with possible damage to lid closing accidentally. It is not very strong
