j.It is all about customer service at this well designed & well stocked New World Supermarket. Always consistent service. Taking Covid restrictions seriously. I am very happy to see the safety of the nearby intersection has been improved & consideration taken for mobility scooters crossing at a now very busy roadway. Always a pleasure to shop here.
D.Green meadows new world, yea pretty good options fr food... Some prices are good varies.. Love the Florist 🌺 the bakery the best part of all.
M.As a visitor to Napier I was wowed by this New World. There is a cafe that serves great coffee that's also fair trade, and Kapiti icecreams. The supermarket was very well organized and well stocked with more variety than I have seen before. I look forward to shopping there next time I visit Napier.
A.Easy to park. Easy to navigate the aisles. Get everything on shopping list.. Efficent checkout. Awesome...
E.Thought we were in trouble. Redeemed our stickers for cook ware. Got home and found they had charged us $80 for it. Back the nxt day and meet judy. Fixed in no time. Thanks judy. Not so much for the chk out person that charged us. So just be on the look out for over chargeing

L.A great supermarket, a big range of frozen vegan products, however not as big of a range than they used to have. Actually I couldn't even find the vegan cheese. Nice friendly safe & an enjoyable shopping experience.
S.Very well organized in covid, Evey trolley is cleaned before use, staff out side organizing and directing the public. Not like countdown. Unfortunately pricing very expensive compared to countdown.

J.Clean and tide supermarket, with very high quality of products, expecially overseas products. The bakery is amazing. Try the winner top potato pie, is delicious, one of the best pie that I have ever tasted in all new Zealand. Also muffin, bread and hot food very good.
S.Has so much choice from sushi to store made cheesecakes and pastries etc. etc. Awesome friendly staff and a cafe to boot.

L.I don't come in here often (don't live close is the only reason) but I'm thinking of changing that. Clean, bright, top qual products, super friendly staff. Prices not too bad. Not the cheapest but better than countdown, not quite as low as pak n save.
Z.Awesome customer service by the maori lady in the checkouts! Shes always very welcoming unlike majority of the other younger checkout people, majority of the time i will just wait in her line so i know i will receive good customer service! She should definitely become a sales rep tho, far to good to be behind a checkout!!

K.Yes I like it, but while we have been under lockdown covid 19 some staff need to obey the 2 metre 1 metre rule its not inches, when groups of 3 or 4 staff members are rubbing shoulders while casual conversations are being discussed.

V.New world is a great and friendly place to do shopping and a great cafe with places to sit to catch up with family and friends. Keeps of carpark space. Everything is so convenient and all you need in one place.
J.Due to my disability at present pending surgery next week the mobility parking is first class.The staff are so kind & co operative at all times helping me place goods onto the counter. I do struggle with two sticks. The staff are always very helpful & never a problem to assist me. Greenmeadows Super market is 100% top class. Love it. Just spend to much when I come as things look & are so lovely like the meat today.

D.Probably the most expensive supermarket in the Hawkes Bay. In saying that it is the nicest shopping experience. Mood lighting in the check out area, perfectly faced up shelves and an extensive range of products. A particularly strong craft beer section. If you want quality over price then this is your place.
P.I like this New World supermarket, it's large and has a wide range products. The food and vegetables are always fresh. All goods are organised in a good way. Friendly & helpful staff.

l.Greenmeadows is lucky to have a modern clean well stocked New World that at times is sadly let down by a few indifferent, bored, borderline rude, front staff.
S.Sometimes they do have really good specials, better than new world hastings and havelock north!!!

Last Monday I visited your supermarket to buy supplies for our day's drive to the Tongariro National Park. This was accomplished and we set off. Several hours later we stopped to buy petrol at Turangi only to discover my wallet was missing! I realised I had left it on top of the soap dispenser in one of the toilets. This was a considerable shock especially as I was over 12,000 miles from home in England. I didn't think I would see it again. Imagine my relief when on contacting your store I learnt that my wallet had been found and handed in (by Deanna). It was particularly pleasing on returning to pick it up safe and sound, to meet Sue your Head of Security and Deanna, who by chance was passing and being able to thank both of them profusely.
Deanna's honesty is a tribute to her integrity and reflects most positively on the high standards set by your store. THANK YOU.
