Being local it's a perfect spot to shop. They will also deliver though. I find they have a fantastic variety of products for excellent prices, even cheaper than Countdown. The shop always looks lovely and clean with plenty of room to move about. The staff too are very happy, helpful and pleasant. One staff member in particular, a young American man goes well out his way to help by searching for a particular item out the back.

This is my favourite supermarket. The staff are soo friendly & helpful, the store is well stocked & you can pop in & out pretty quickly. The only improvement I could suggest is to stock a wider range of the 'lighter' wines. Cheers team :-)

Always happy staff. Easy to talk to, even the management are approachable. Small but mighty. They are very caring. I have some health issue and they've rescued me from fainting more than once, taking me to a quiet spot and providing water and company until I felt safe enough to get home. Clean and bright and great offers for club card holders. Great store, great people. One of the first stores in Napier to source free farmed pork. I nagged and nagged. Got a couple friends to nag and within a year of I it'll request, there it was I the chiller. Free farmed pork. Awesome team altogether

Not my main supermarket but great for ingredients for tea, unexpected visitors, etc. Wow I love the new layout by the entrance. Annoying when you have to travel the whole floor for a couple of things but this is great. I mentioned this to a staff member but she was not interested/busy/clock watching. Oh well I enjoyed my visit and my checkout operator was very helpful. Will visit again for small purchases!!!

Great staff, great atmosphere. I l love everyone who works there ~ they always speak to me and most know my name. They are helpful, polite and I've never met one of them who might be having a bad day! It is also clean, tidy and they always have lovely fresh fruit, vegetables and good meat.

Great selection of cheeses, hand made chocolates, we'll stocked delicatessen, fantastic bakery , terrific special occasion gateau with on the spot inscriptions plus well presented fresh vegetables. Sometimes a bit more expensive but if any issues with goods will always put this right. Polite and helpful staff.

Love coming here, the selection of products is just amazing 😁😍 especially love the deli section, always an amazing array of meats and sweets to choose from 🥰

Awesome staff came here to buy some stuff for a cheese platter buy had no idea what to add to it a lovely staff member from the deli showed us a variety of stuff very thankful to this staff member as we had no idea what to buy thankyou!!

Tiny supermarket! Had what I needed and close by.

Not to happy where the lotto is. There is no counter space to fill in tickets for lotto or keno. They have flowers there now where the counter used to be. You get crammed up as soon as you walk thru door where the Veges are. It's not my ideal place to shop.

I enjoy the New World Onekawa and all the lovely products it has to offer. Ninety eight percent of the staff are amazing, helpful, hard working and make you feel so welcome with great smiles. Julie on checkout is always bright and cheerful. Getting paid for what you do should be followed by weekly praise good staff are your biggest asset. Thanks to you all :)
