Well set out aisles, chatty checkout people, helped me pack as i was having trouble with cards and getting them into the machine, was ever grateful.

I rate this place highly because I live in the neighborhood & I shop here to. It's as good as any other except I've gotten to know a couple of the staff members from my visits & they are super great people & very helpful. Cheers Countdown Stoke

Enjoy shopping at countdown, not too many people around!

Great service they know me now that I go there so often with my toddler it is great that the have free fruit for the kids, and sometimes a free cheerio. The vegetables and fruit have gone up in price so I prefer to shop elsewhere for them, but I still recommend going to Countdown Stoke.

Parking can be pretty hectic during certain hrs but they have 2 entry points which makes it a bit easier. I love that the store is well layed out. Always tidy and they have a really good level of stock..The staff are friendly and its open from 7am till 10pm which is awesome if you run out of milk and need some for the kids breakfast in the morning or in our case live rurally and are in town for training that finishes at 9pm...Plus all Countdowns have online shopping and delivery!!!!!! Once again another bonus when you live rurally and cannot get to town.

carpark is abit small rather than that it is good place

Online shopping, packed. No idea where the eggs where. Trolley on hill in carpark, brakes didn't hold it. Pick up online is at exit, not the best place. Nobody checked that I was who I said I was before receiving groceries.. Bacon and milk sizing unclear on site otherwise very good system

It is ok but not quite as clean and as well stocked as some other countdowns

Don't recommend going on Sunday or Monday as the shelves are often empty

Great selection of food, healthy fresh produce Dept, Good wine and bear selection Deli abit borring just Ur basic bought in food. Bakery Ur basic supermarket readymade bread,cakes Helpful friendly staff Seem to be trying to promote self packing with very short checkouts!! Without the Pak and save price! Ok parking.

Helpful staff, well laid out

Good for picking up the odd thing otherwise wouldn't come here to do my groceries. Selection of meats is poor and veggies aren't much better

My favorite shop, enjoy shopping there.

Good range of products. However, yesterday the checkout operator walked away before giving me the receipt. No reason given by her. She just wandered off. So I helped myself to the receipt. I don't usually complain and normally the checkout operators are very pleasant.

Well had to go shopping for food.

We go here every week and the checkout operators are always happy to chat while scanning and bagging your items. There is also 6 self service checkouts, 3 card only and 3 card and/or cash.

Nice clean store.

Car park can be a bit difficult to navigate when busy. Good variety of groceries. Could improve quality of fresh produce. Nice staff.

Just dropped in to get bread and milk and a Few other items on my list. It is important to have a list because they keep rearranging the layout of the various items and shelves in the aisles to make shoppers browse, encouraging them to purchase on impulse.

Good value. Great meat selection. Not as good as selection of beers as new world.

This little super market sells everything you would expect to be sold at a countdown supermarket. The products were easy to find and there's always friendly staff to help you find what you need. Shopping can also be done online and then delivered to your workplace or home. Keep an eye out on all the specials by checking the online store or website.

Great range of breads

The check out staff were great. But management when you put new systems in place teach and show your staff how it works don't just leave them hanging.

Store was clean, staff were helpful, and there were enough checkouts open to keep the flow moving without people standing waiting and no operators were bored doing nothing.

Normally a pleasant experience. Only prob i have is early evening when deli is closed up to what appears to be two hours before closing and the lack of counters open that doesnt reflect the amt of people coming thru

It's a smaller store than nelson..way less floor space to cover and they have everything I need.
