Shelves have always been full when I've been there,unlike other places. I use Pam products and think they are really good for value. Staff are happy and helpful. Plenty of parking but a bit tight,I can climb in and out the sunroof, so I'm fine there.

I wont buy vegetables here anymore due to their ridiculously high price. $7 for a cauli!! Everything else seems like its doubled. Bakerboy slices $7!! Come on! The staff are always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A++ for staff and service

The meat section is the best of any New World I've regularly been to. Overall, this supermarket is very well stocked with as broad a selection as you'll get. Some others tend to 'run out' of items regularly, which is an annoyance if it's something you enjoy. As a senior store person myself, I know about reorder levels & so do the Stoke New World management. The staff are not only friendly & customer oriented, but they really do go out of their way for you, so long as you are being reasonable.

I went to get their yummy roast dinners and a deli lunch pack. The roasts were great but for me the gravy was a little too salty for me otherwise a great meal at a good price. The staff were friendly and chatty at checkout so overall a good experience

Fast moving well spaced queue, felt really safe as well sprayed by door guard, few folk in supermarket so 2m spacing relatively easy, shelves full, many excellent specials, even a product I had rung about which was not available then was on shelf!!! Every shop assistant smiling and asked eagerly if they could help, a wonderfully relaxed, almost party atmosphere! and I was able to complete my shopping with every item on my list in half the time as usual. Fabulous! THANK YOU😍

Really nice staff and a good supermarket, however, I'm not enjoying the new layout so much. Kind of frustrating if you forget some in the fruit and veggie section and have to back track right around especially when your dragging the kids! Maybe as an idea putting in a walkway section that would cut through where the toilet paper is to come out near the potatoes. And it makes it faster and more convenient for shoppers in a hurry to grab something.

Had to stop on for a few things today so we stopped into New World at Stoke. The store was smaller than some but big enough to a very good variety. Had everything we wanted and we also grabbed some fresh food and meat specials. Checkout was straight through. So all good. Can't complain at all!

A smaller grocery supermarket in the very centre of the Stoke suburb shopping complex.It has a full mix of departments that you would expect to find with a bonus of friendly and very helpful staff.Being smaller has the advantage no long walks trudging to find what you want making shopping here a pleasure rather than a chore

Friendly knowledge staff, always efficient and easy to approach. Fresh produce section well set out with great variety of healthy quality fruit and vegetables. Meat section has good size packaging from family packs to single servings. Fish and shell fish both fresh and packaged, great at variety of gourmet types of smoked fish plstters, marina's, seafood salads, etc. Delli section hold ready to eat quiche, stuffed potatoes, salads, cold cuts, etc. Bakery has breads, gluten free, fresh cream goods, etc. The single serve cheese cake is to die for. You can buy a great lunch each day as well as pre made meals to take home and heat. Q well designed layout makes doing large grocery shopping easy and there club card offers great savings. Alcahol sales contain well priced beer and wines, if feelings ng like a luxury bottle of wine you will find it here. Great selection of personal grooming products and everything a baby reqires can be found. easy self service checkouts available as are the smiley check out staff manning their cashier's. Lotto and scrachies for trying your luck. Wheel chair access and disabled parking make it accessible for all. Stoke New World is an excellent place for all your needs.

We were also offered a tourist card, so we even get some discount when shopping. Not bad, because we do not shop elsewhere anyway (Original) Der Markt bietet, wie in den andren Orten bisher auch, alles mögliche was man so wünscht. Wir sind sehr zufrieden damit. Das Personal war auch hier wieder äußerst freundlich. Auch bot man uns eine Touristenkarte an, damit wir sogar noch etwas Rabatt beim Einkauf erhalten. Nicht schlecht, da wir eh nicht woanders einkaufen
