L.My favourite New World supermarket out of all in Taranaki! Helpful and friendly staff and a huge range of products both instore and online. Their click and collect is a breeze and they also have a lovely cafe instore 🙂

L.Wide variety or products and produce, a cafè prior to entering the store is so convenient for the hungry customers prior to grocery shopping and their excellent selection of quick to make dinner meals is why I'm always drawn back.
Friendly staff all round
M.Clean with good variety. Big carpark which can be a pain to get out of. Prices are a bit high but an overall good supermarket.
L.A very cool store. Always has high end fresh butchery and produce but you pay more for it. Nice coffee Cafe at the entrance by the lotto outlet.
D.Dont usually shop here but it was the only supermarket open after 8pm today (new years day). Had what we needed, bit pricey compared to other places but overall happy customer
D.Excellent place to shop. Staff are friendly & helpful. Shelves are usually well stocked.

L.Compact supermarket and around check-outs it can get quite clustered with trolleys and people, but shelves look full, variety and I can get most things here, if I am comparing.

J.Awesome clean shop with cafe in it, nice staff who are helpful, shop takes ph orders too, and you can pick up bags,already packed to go. Plenty of parking, they don't take nonsense or rude people, police will be called. Clean shop with most food items etc.

l.Great friendly place to shop. Friendly staff, helpful. Why don't tellers have a bottle of water when needed to keep hydrated especially with the warmer weather.
D.Offers a wide range of good quality products, some speciality lines, nice bakery, good quality fruit and vegetables and friendly staff.
C.New world new Plymouth has a handy fuel station and they hand out discount receipts like candy. Its also has a car park covering which is helpful in the rain. Unlike other new world supermarkets its quite reasonably priced but its still moderately expensive. I still don't do my weekly shop here but I do pick it the odd thing or two. Its also close to warehouse so you can hit both shops in one stop. Also their deli has amazing variety and is very impressive, keep that up

R.Fantastic supermarket with everything you could ask for. Service always nice. Owner big on customer service so would explain this. To compare with Pak n Save & Countdown in New Plymouth, I wouldn't go anywhere else but New World. Good on you Rob. You do a good job managing your team. Cafe outside could have a gluten free range in the savoury section. But still nice.

C.Great supermarket with heaps of options. Loads of fruits and vegetables to choose, make your own nut butter station and a vast wine selection.

d.The best place to buy fresh fruit & veges. 10/10 for very high standards re hygenie, cleaniness. And can always find a product if you can't find it at any other supermarket. 😊
A.New world is a bit expensive e especialyy in waitara where dad goes. Rather do a trip to countdown with chilli bin in the back. But the do have a few things you can't find anywhere else hence Charlie's orange with little sugar... The wil there. Along with choc Lamingtons the have chocolate cocolate Lamingtons. Love these. Choc sponge.... Go try

J.I have always found New World to be by far the best stocked supermarket. The staff here being very friendly and helpful. There have often been times when they have gone out of their way to help me find items Well run with a positive attitude toward customers

Otherwise a favorite supermarket
J.This is a nice local grocery. Pretty good selection and the management has been very responsive when I have asked about getting new items. They track local prices pretty close and sometimes have some great sale items. Beware the packaging game. This is probably just the same at other retailers but I notice that sometimes the 200-bag tea package is a more expensive option than the 100-bag package.
H.I love shopping here. The checkout assistants are all friendly and helpful. I can purchase homepower and lotto tickets at the same time. The well stocked Toast Cafe in the building is fantastic for a good meal or snack and amazing coffee. I like the layout of the supermarket as it's not too large or too small. The specials keep the cost of a shopping basket comparable to other supermarkets. I also enjoy shopping in the meat section as presentation is great. I also love the fact that shopping here rewards me with flybys.
R.This New World is very handily placed in the middle of New Plymouth especially when passing through to carry on down the Taranaki Coast. Generally plenty of parking, well stocked selves with friendly helpful staff.

A.Great interior design, the produce looks fresh and with high quality. Price is a bit higher than competitors, but have most of your need in stock. Their hot food cabinet locations can be a bit confusing.

S.Beautifully presented shop, unfortunately it's the fourth time I've struck a lazy check out operator who pushed all my items to me to pack, lol, please remind your staff your customers pay a premium to shop here, the least they could do is put one item in a bag. Oh well back too shopping at Countdown.
P.Super surprised here biggest new world I have been in fruit and vegetables have to he seen to believe ,the cafe was very reasonable in prices and the food was divine as well as the very quick service
J.The store has a good selection of products but inventory control is poor and popular products are frequently out is stock. Also these guy are constantly jacking prices up and down.

A.This supermarket has upped its game for service. It is nice to have people around the store ushering you into available isles. They are also very helpful in showing you where to find the products that seem to elude oneself during shopping.

M.This is a Great Supermarket! They have an onsite cafe and toilet, a great selection of fresh food and grocery items friendly staff and self check out counters. They also have a gas station onsite, what more could you ask for!
