G.This store is a smaller country town New World Mini Market. On entry to the store we were welcomed by a staff member which would never happen at our local New World. The wine selection here is very good for a grocery store as is there bakery selection.
R.Choice has been really bad of late... I'm not sure if it's because of shipping issues... But also the have rediculously high prices often... No competition is where that problem is at... We are over-charged here for common household needs... Especially fresh fruit and veg... Crazily overpriced
B.It's small but has a good selection of everything. Found everything I needed except fresh coriander. Good to see they have EV parking too.
g.If you don't mind waiting while people chatting at the checkout that's great. Shop is well stocked new owners seem to be on the ball. 🦋
P.This store is worth taking time for travelling north or south- for their meat selection alone. The Butchers are worth their weight in gold!

R.Otaki New World you guys rock. Friendly service, Awesome food in the Deli. Beats our New World in Silverstream by a mile. Love the Sweet corn and Mussels fritters Wow. Plan to stop in every time I head North out of wellington, if anything just to pick up some mussel fritters

S.A smaller New World. But it's one of the few in the country without a customer toilet. I rarely go here.

A.My only supermarket I go to nice and small good quality meat and pretty good people who work their also oh and prices aren't to bad either nice and small supermarket easy to find where and what I need.

C.For a smaller store the range is quite good. Fresh fruit and veg nicely presented. I loved that the butchery sells old fashioned shin bones for soup. I make the 25km trip to buy them. Nice staff and yummy store made food in the Delicatessen.

J.Boxing day almost all butcher section was empty lol.. why even open ?? Lotto not even sure how to issue a $50 triple dip ticket and staff dont even have a lotto badge , not sure if she knows lotto matters... all good.

t.Smallish new world but we had no real complaints. Deli sandwiches and sweet baked goods were fresh and yummy.
P.Visit regularly. Appear to have a great butchery team. Good cuts of meat with most of the bits one doesn't want removed. Occasionally though they do accidentally double the tray. Watch for that as no point paying for extra plastic.

P.Absolutely the best option by far. Friendly n Helpful, Clean n Tidy, Fruit Produce Dairy Meat n Fish always Fresh n well Chilled. Bakery sells out every day n they will happily bake special orders. Front of house team cashier's n supervisors and administrators have total product knowledge anywhere on the floor. You only have to ask ... if they don't stock they will order it in. How good is that when you live in remote area.

G.The products we use from day to day are easily found and when the cupboard (shelf) is bare the staff are always willing to help even take the trouble to look out back I the store to find the item we require.
All staff are very pleasant friendly and polite.

J.A great place to stop on the road south to collect fruit, bakery items and goods for a shared picnic lunch. Plenty of parking and efficient staff.

R.It is a little store but you can find your a lot of things. The only thing I can think of their in-store signs if they get it a bit bigger than it will make things easy to find where is what. Otherwise the staff is great.
T.The older Asian manager lady is so lovely. Good at her job and very pleasant to customers. Thank you for being so genuinely nice.
B.Had a hot dog on a stick from here while I was charging my car. Unfortunately the dog was dry. I wouldn't judge this place on the back of one dry dog though. If I were the owners I would be focusing on producing high quality danishes and getting a coffee cart stationed in the carpark

H.I have always disliked New World because of their loyalty card system where you can't get a single discount if you aren't part of their loyalty program. Also this store is small and the cashiers aren't really that nice

Quality food, good selection of items across the store & really great staff👍...not unusual to see owners work ing the floor....i'm in the meat dept today & out comes the lovely wife pushing a loading trolley with a full pellet, off she toddled down the isle to unload👍...left me feeling rather impressed👍

T.It's tired and dated. No self check out. A significant financial investment needed to get it up to the standard of other New Worlds.
