Pretty good for good for little town supermarket. Has all the essentials. The overhead signage is low in the aisle so I had to peer down every aisle to see what it held. Other than that, countdown is great for supplying a bit of everything.

Great shopping for the size of the store. The lady that has served us on our last 2 visits it so lovely.

Well laid out little supermarket clean and tidy, friendly staff very happy with my new local countdown 😀

It was very busy and the first time I hàd visited this store. The reason for been very very busy lock down was about to start due to covid and we were not aware.I would say that on a normal day it's a well stock store very clean and staff seemed very nice. Good car parking. No problems.

Felt sorry for the staff trying hard to keep shelves stocked with limited options out the back to restock with. Manager also trying to keep things flowing, hard times all round.

Not too busy, very relaxed shopping experience.

Very nice place, has all the facilities required. Staff are nice enough and served me well. I especially enjoyed the flirty female working when i came in. I enjoyed the place thoroughly and the services provided. Im unsure however weather i would come here i was suffering from any variation of hepatitis the vibe of the place also felt specially threatening to hepatitis A. Im unsure weather they would allow you to bring in an animal however big it may be. I would like to emphasize that i strongly feel hep A is not welcomed here.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very seldom has an item not been available. Smaller store so haven't got as full a range as the larger ones but always can complete shopping list

This is a small Countdown. It’s nice and well presented, but if you are looking for exotic stuff like fresh salads on a deli counter: you need to go to a bigger countdown. (The clue is the size of the car park.)

Not the best ! The checkout operators can be very rude at times!! Product availability is OK but limited and the place is clean: but it’s just not welcoming.

An excellent friendly little town. Business people so cooperative and do anything they can for you. A must stop off point if you traveling through or just having a look round the area. O cafe is excellent anf staff friendly and food all made in their kitchen

Love shopping here. Staff's are so helpful and it feels like a family affair to meet people from different culture and also for farmers to do late shopping after they finished their chores on the farm.

It's a Countdown and consistent with that brand. I was glad I could get a good range of vegetarian food for a provincial supermarket. Good job!

It needs a much better delicatessen. The whole store really needs a refresh. I shop mostly at TA Countdown now even though I live in Otorohanga.

Small compared to other Countdown stores but wrll stocked

Not the biggest, hence 4*, but a decent choice none the less. Attractive fresh fruit and near and tidy shop. Young girl on the till was charming.

Love our local countdown, the workers are lovely and helpful. Only downfall is the amount of checkouts, it can get packed fast so sometimes (not a the time) it can be a bit of a wait in line

Never had any problems with this store. Only thing a would like to see added is a deli for some fresh ham!

Needs to be up graded for example a deli and more selection of health food. However the staff are awesome and very friendly.

It's okay for a small town countdown but no proper deli etc and not the best selection have to go to Te Awamutu for some of my favorite items.

Smaller than other stores but has reasonably good range of everything. DO stop there if you are headed ahead, nothing ahead after that for an hour or so.
