I LOVE this place! Super cheap and fresh vegetables. Their cauliflowers/broccolis/bunches of vegetables are really big too, so you're not sacrificing quantity at all! You also get a lot more variety than at Paknsave. Staff are friendly too - one of them heard me and my partner discussing what a particular vegetable was and he cared enough to help us. Places like these put a smile to my face, thanks City Garden!

I specially go here to buy my oak lettuce. Love the real fruit ice cream. It comes in 2 sizes. And yoghurt or ice cream base. You can select upto fruits like blueberries, mango, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, pineapple, melon, banana etc. And comes in a sweet waffle cone or take away cup. Bananas, strawberries, mandarins & spuds are cheap here. They also have Asian dry rations. Asian green leaves and herbs are also available here.

Best ice cream I have had in Palmerston North. Real fruit. Good size portions.

Had what I needed, prices were ok, &, veges were fresh. Friendly staff.

I go here mainly for the fresh fruit ice cream, it's a must try for everyone. Lots of variety and well worth the price. They also sell fresh fruit and vegetables.

Very fresh veg and good quality.

Plenty of parking space outside the door. Great range of fruits, veges, sauces. Bananas were a little marked. Salad veges in abundant supply. The place to go for Asian cooking ingredients maybe with signs on the more uncommon veges giving history and cooking advice. Good prices. Pre-packed and loose products available. Counter was wiped before I placed my shopping on it and again afterwards. Friendly smile from staff.

A good little produce shop to shop at on Featherston St. A wide range of fruit and vegetables to choose from when buying there. A warning though, DO NOT PARK THERE WHEN PICKING THE BOYS UP FROM BOYS HIGH SCHOOL. THEY ARE NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT AT ALL!!! I got told off the other day about it.There is a sign on the corner of the building about parking there.

Great place to buy your veges and the prices are good. A pretty good selection of market garden vegetables you can't buy at the supermarket. My favorite is taking in my 7 litre container and filling it with the salad mix options.

A nice place to get your veggies. I personally love the fresh veggies section at the back. They really are fresh. Some veggies can be really cheap (e.g a whole cauliflower $3, cucumber $1 each, etc.)
