We are very lucky to have a grocery store in this tiny town. The owners are always friendly and do the best for our community. There is a good range if food if you are on the go and they are well stocked in veg and a good range of breads.

Not a bad shop. Reasonably clean. Prices are what you would expect in a shop that size. Was impressed with the owner who was friendly and chatted about the weather. More indian shopkeepers should be like him. If there was one thing I would improve on there it would be to set the time as to when the hot food was placed in the bain marie. Some of the food looked like it had been in there all day.

A reasonable range of grocery items for most essential categories. Many items are priced about the same as New World - Pahiatua. This shop is very important for this small town.

I called into foursquare ekatahuna in a mad rush 2days ago to post my track n trace envelope that was bound for Wellington internal affairs (very important documentation) I was assured by the lady behind the counter she would put it in the courier bag..She did & my package was delivered.. Not only is this establishment trustworthy her husband went above and beyond to contact me to assure me my parcel was safe and that he would personally track it himself... Yay for the ultimate great service 😊

Great place to stop and shop in Eketahuna especially if you are staying the wonderfully friendly run council motorcamp. They have to 2 nicely set up warm cabins side by side each flitted out with bunks double bed bottom and single bed top, couch dining table and fridge bed linens supplied, electric jug and heater for cold winter nights. Out front of cabins is a big covered in wooden deck complete with outdoor seating and tables. There is a nice clean amenity block across from the cabins big kitchen for communal cooking lovely clean hygienic toilets and great hot showers there is also a covered in outdoor seating space outside of the kitchen complete with tables for outdoor dining great for people staying in tents or sleeping in stationwagons nice cheap place to stay for stopping overnight after a long trip.

Love the Indian products from here, I can get pickles and paratha, and the Chantals organic range, and the friendly faces, great little local and some very reasonable prices.
