Great local market with fresh veggies and fruits. On certain days you can buy fresh baked bread. The cookies are also very delicious.

A great stop in Manakau. The burgers were superb. We had the buttermilk chicken and double cheeseburger. Fries using their own home grown potatoes were delish! Buffalo chicken wings were yum and spicy. Staff were all delightful.

Wonderful Wonderful produce, products and people at ManukauMarket. The delivery service and delicious goodies are second to none. I ordered a box of of fresh produce, deli goods, delicious slices, baked goodies and a lovely bunch of flowers last year for friends with a bereavement. They were so happy to receive at a tough time. Now in lockdown, the lovely team today arranged a contactless delivery for someone with a birthday, adding a very special touch. Can't speak highly enough of this awesome service. Yum!

Good coffee, great veg and one of the best Pizzas served on the North Island. I wish I had one right now. The Sausage Rolls are a thing of fables. The Cheeseburgers are fresh, juicy and hit the spot every time. Thank you Manakau Market for being a shining beacon of quality on the Kapiti Coast!

I always stop here at Brown Acres for their lovely fruit and veg when down this way. They sell garden plants too. The onsite cafe has without a doubt the best of best food and delicious coffee.

Plenty of parking as you pull over on SH1 . Quality fruit and vegetables. Staff are super friendly and make a great coffee Honey and oil can be purchased all sourced locally and you can bring your own bottle and fill it with pure olive oil. Cabinet food for sale and real fruit ice cream, really tasty on a hot days drive. They also sell punnets of herbs/ veges Fruit and vegetables last longer than supermarket items as they are fresher.

We stopped here for burgers out of hunger-fuelled desperation but ended up being pleasantly surprised as the burgers and hand cut chips were delicious! Have since been back for ice cream, cheesecake (as good as any top quality restaurant in Wellington) and Thursday pizza night. The food is fantastic, service is friendly and efficient and you can text your order through so it's ready on arrival. There's also a grassy area with picnic tables to park up on a sunny day. Manakau Market is now one of our must stop places on regular trips north.
