A.Was so impressed with the facing that all the staff in Grocery were doing, wanted to give them all a high five lol. Makes the store look so amazing. This one and the New World on Broadway are the best supermarkets in Palmerston North easily.
Y.Nice clean big supermarket with lots of varieties. You don't have to go to another supermarket. You will find everything you need. It's also on Pioneer Highway which makes it easy access with Warehouse, Spotlight & Restaurants nearby. Lots of parking for the large amount of customers. They have a lot of staff You don't have to go looking for staff like in other supermarkets. Great deals here too.

J.Good supermarket, love the pineapple machine 😍 but would be good if the self checkout asked if you want the fuel discount docket as well as asking about the receipt, it’s really frustrating when i say no receipt and then it tells me to wait for…. a receipt

D.A long standing favourite supermarket. New World seems to be just a scratch above the other options in terms of range and quality. This one is no exception.
l.This is our family favourite supermarket. Nice layout, lovely staff, fresh fruit and veges, great deli.. the list goes on.
D.Was driving passed, dropped in to buy a lotto ticket, nice lady at the counter. Noted staff monitoring doors for current covid levels, well done.

V.Fresh and clean, love the lotto shop, coffee shop and flower shop at the entrance. Also an ATM inside and fuel outside.
Located in the carpark also is a couple of takeaway shops and Spotlight. Getting in and out can be a bit of a thing if travelling south but navigatable
C.Beautiful supermarket actually one of my favourites to shop at. The staff are so lovely and helpful and they have everything you could possibly want. They have amazing coffee and the shop is always clean, tidy and well stocked.

S.I have always found Pioneer Nee World to be an excellent supermarket. Today I was particularly impressed with the florist. She was incredibly helpful in giving me advice on a suitable bouquet. Prices were extremely good; much better value than I have seen in other florists.

S.Generally good selection but always seem to have to go elsewhere for something. Like oxo cubes standard need & for some strange reason they don't stock lamb oxo cubes, so if that's a standard for you, you end up having to go to another store afterwards. Sometimes just do whole shop at another store because of these things.
T.Service and staff were great but produce (fruit and veges) are over priced and of very substandard quality. Rotting and going moldy within days of purchase. Some of the fruit was showing signs of mold developing on the shelves. Way past time to lift standards.

A.I love that they have a sushi range unlike other supermarkets which have very minimal choices. The meat always appears fresh. They do a mean sausage roll at the deli/bakery department. All the instore made food is wonderful, everything is put away tidily & great customer service. The florist as you walk In is really gorgeous & the cafe makes a fantastic vanilla latte. Always loads of parking which makes things easier & surrounded by other handy businesses like spotlight, warehouse, AA & food stores. Good job New world!

A.Nice, new, big, clean pretty much all you could ask for in a supermarket. In house sushi and bakery are fantastic so yeah as far as supermarkets go its good

N.Always shop here very good supermarket however the bakery has been letting it down of late,quality has dramaticaly dropped. Update feeling a little deflated with new world pioneer highway as this is my regular supermarket ive been to do my shopping there for the last two weeks and they have overcharged both times and have spent more than 20 minutes trying to sort the overcharging out. The bakery still needs to pick its socks up and have noticed a substantial increase in there pricing for hot chickens and there pork loins however this could be due increased costs.
S.do not recommend their 'dinner for four'. bought honey soy chicken, for convenience, half way through cooking no honey soy in bag. on ringing to give feedback, was told to bring it back and they would replace it. fat lot of good that is when as I had explained half the ingredients were in the pan, Never again.
update: to be fair 2 days later when I went back with my receipt, they replaced it with another 'dinner for four' pack, so at least they rectified the problem!

A.Always great. Easy to navigate the store, loads of variety, great quality products and plenty of specials. Comfortable atmosphere..I almost always dawdle longer than necessary to escape the heat or weather outside (or as my me time away from kids haha) Friendly and helpful staff.
N.This New World is better than Melody's as it stocks a wider range of foods. I prefer this New World in Palmy. They make good muffins and sushi and they have individually packaged salmon fillets. However, if your an older person be prepared to walk a little more than you would at Melody's.

New World is the premium service, premium quality, premium price of New Zealand's super markets, and this store represents that.

C.Tidy, clean, well organised supermarket. Produce and meat is usually a high standard. Good selection of most things, although there are bigger supermarkets in town with more in some categories. Decent selection of craft beers and wines. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful here. The carpark spaces are generously sized compared to some others. The cafe, florist and lotto shop in the foyer are handy as well.
N.Convenient place to shop & most of the time the fruit & veges are normally fresh & prices are pretty good for what they have to offer.

n.Very tidy, clean, place. Food very fresh, over all perfect, and would of given 5 stars, until the very end at the 15 or less items counter, the girl was quite brash and unpleasant. She might of had a bad day, apart from that, great place.
B.Veggies are over priced compared to other supermarkets, meat range is very limited (in regards to free ranged options) however all other items seem to be good prices with large variety. I choose this super market for cheap snacks as opposed to my big weekly shop.

P.I t was good to see Harvest Cider back on the shelves again this afternoon after an absence of two weeks. Next step, put some in the chiller where it belongs. Saves me having to go out to Aokautere New World who always have good stocks, in the chiller.

J.We shop weekly. Pls sell pack of 3 haagen dazs popsical . We stop at pioneer nw and just for that emwe go to CD store just to buy that 3 pack icecream. Regards to service and other item great no complain at all.
B.Good presentation of stock with few empty spaces on shelves, and stock rotation is done well so no out of date things are on shelves. Can be busy at checkout tho.
