Just a big thank you to Fresh Choice Papamoa, the staff are amazing always making me feel welcome. I am mask exempt and have been received with respect and kindness. Unfortunately this is not so at another Supermarket in the Papamoa area. I also love shopping at Fresh Choice because their fruit and vegetables are always fresh. Keep up the great work and I look forward to my next visit.

Usually love this place but today was told to leave our grocery bags at the door. When asked why the girl said because people take too long to pack their own groceries. Then got to the checkout and the lady in front bought bags and I asked if you buy a bag there it's OK to pack your own groceries? Answer, "yes!" One way to make a profit I suppose

It's a very special store, in Pak n Save,it's a disgrace,not enough checkouts open!!who ever is the Manager,needs a lesson on customer service,there is none,in Papamoa,but I will return to FreshChoice Papamoa,they have my Haagen,at the correct price,but unlike Papamoa Pack n Save,there fridge is empty,of lack of knowledge of their customers,so I will be know shopping at, FreshChoice,where the product is there, with excellent customer service

Reasonably good prices and good environment. The Deli lady’s have always been super nice and welcoming however there was one check out lady who I was not fond of, there was no “Hey how are you?” None of that which isn’t always necessary as I only had a few items to purchase but she also proceeded to throw out my receipt and then ask me if I’d like it. I did want my receipts I wasn’t shopping for myself and she seemed like it was very inconvenient for her. Other then that I would recommend Fresh Choice.

As our local store we appreciate the Fruit and Vege, Deli and meat sections. The cheeses are interesting and strike it at the right time, your get expert conversation about them and leave with more than you planned to. We appreciate who ever your butcher is. Lamb chops are properly butchered - not sawn up on a skill saw - we get no 'chips' of bone from them. Safe to give little people. Keep that butcher please! Love our local store thanks.

Fantastic meat prices. We drive from Otumoetai just to get them. Very tender chicken. Was a bit taken back by the older lady behind the deli counter with her finger in her ear cleaning it. I wouldn't buy any ham because of that. Friendly checkout staff.

Good variety, store was clean with great signage to help you find your way around, there was plenty of staff that were very friendly and helpful, prices on some produce is probably a little more than the main stream supermarkets however it is a convenience store so it is what's to be expected price-wise.

I am finding FreshChoice Papamoa handy for fruit,veg, bread and milk and bags of ice. May be dearer than Countdown for a full shop. Staff here are very pleasant I had one let down at this store on 16 Jan. 2020 when I called in just after 7.00am. I needed two bags of ice and decided to get my fresh fruit and veg at the same time. Unfortunately when I got home and was putting these away in my fridge the bag of black grapes which I paid $8.33 for and two corn cobs $2.58 were not fresh but also inedible. In future I will be inspecting items very closely.

Understandably crowded. First Sat I believe. There is no unit price as tea bags per bag, meat, cheese /100gms. Slightly more expensive than PnS a d not the variety I feel. Do accept orders on line and deliver. Will most likely stay with central Papamoa. Worth the visit and got the lotto ticket so may have to go back to pick up the cheque👍🌞 Good home bar a d restaurant a Ross the road is worth another visit
