N. V. (.Undercover car parking. Discounted fuel. Good range of stock & always best price. Encourages & rewards bulk purchasing. Staff are always nice. Can get crowded on peak days/hours. Best place in the BOP for price.
B. T.We have made huge savings by shopping here. There is a greater variety of products. Some shelves are not as full as others but they put signage up indicating the shortages of products, which although it’s inconvenient if you’re looking for a specific item, it is very useful information. We have been served at checkout by very friendly staff who pack the items into the trolleys with care. That may not matter to some people but it matters greatly to us because we don’t enjoy squashed bread or broken crackers etc. We appreciate the care that the checkout staff show in Customer Service. Awesome Place & Staff 👍
K. R.We do our weekly grocery shopping here, as the prices tend to be lower than other places, except for Jimbos cat food. The trolleys needed collecting, we had to search for a shallow trolley in the car park. Thankfully we are not forced to wear a mask here.
D. M.There's a lot missing on the shelves! Things,brands,products that used to be available. I know there are issues at this time but this is when initiative and innovation should step up. I'm very pleased at how much gluten free products are available though.
C. C.Your loyal staff work hard to keep your shop clean and well stocked, they are friendly and helpful a real asset. Treat them with the respect they deserve let them choose what medical procedures they agree and not agree with, care about their health and well-being, pls don't threaten them with job losses. K. W.Like any other pak'n save, many selections of fresh fruits and vegetables, gummy, meat, cheese, dairy products, and so on. In the hallways, there are some booths offering you reduced items, check them out. Parking without limitation at night I guess.

M. S.Quick and easy. Plenty of stock (pine nuts finally after many weeks absence), short queues and lots of checkouts open. Plus the excellent Sticky Fingers cafe. However, today there is a bad error on my bill and only just noticed now at home. A bin which is $5.79 per kg has come out as $57.90 on my receipt. Now i have to go 22kms back to PaknSave to get a regund at the weekend grhhh. Have downgraded my stars due to this!

P. D.I find this Pak n Save to have one of most limited stock. Very little choice compared to most Pak N Saves. Always running out of items all though to be fair maybe due to shortages.

H. J. P.We travel for our shopping at Pak'nSave because we ❤ the savings we make there like they say on tv less than other grocery outlets. The choice for organic is great too. It's spacious and the majority of staff are friendly and customer focused.

S. M.Usually great here, although they've started fazing out the organic milk options. Also this trip they've apparently changed the type of exemption they'll except. I've never had an issue with my exemption on my phone, today they told me it needs to be a hard copy. I've not seen that requirement on the Covid website nor been told that by my doctor. Staff were friendly enough about it though. The experience is no pushing me towards countdown unfortunately I already have to get my milk there most weeks. It's just annoying because countdown is so much more expensive

L.fun fact. did you know those guys have pretty good guard dogs. 17 times now i have tried to smuggle out alcohol and every single time but the last, they got me. they way to defeat them is to throw a squeaky toy in the other direction. try it yourself if you don't believe me

Enjoy the wide aisles, huge selection of goods, am always surprised by meat specials, so much cheaper than elsewhere and other goods also. Good quality. Carpark has wider spacing than I'm used to. Large selection of flowers and plants. Just wish they had some smaller trolleys for solos.

G. S.Always good for an early shop here and get things needed to take for a surprise birthday. We usually can find what we want or a close substitute and besides the car park spaces for the oldies are really close with safe crossings into the store. Great place to shop.

The staff (and a lot of customers) are so compassionate and caring when you have a crying baby too. And they have a little, quiet room so you can breastfeed if need be :)

H.You would get 5stars Pak N Save Papamoa,but you dont trend with the nationwide stores($2 week for instance) Your security are slow,some of your trainees are more customer friendly than your seasoned workers. The trolley people seem to do more work than any1 there. The store detectives need more training too. You actually dont stand by your name as it suggests. Apart from the poor workers performance N terrible prices? The parking areas are clean.

A.I always shop at Pak n Save because it's cheaper but was disappointed this morning when shelves were getting stocked in the morning and not the night before? Didn't have half the stuff I normally get stocked. Wish they also had more vegan options like Countdown does.

They've got this big oaf of a gadget that they use now to scan products I think and it gets in the rode of shoppers because of its bigness.. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that gadget.

R. P.This Pak’n’save in Papamoa has the right stock and the groceries never run out of stock. The prices are comparatively cheaper than other Supermarkets. The staff ethics could be better but usually you’re not in there long enough to notice.
B. J.Plenty of parking and access in and out is pretty good. Initial entry and vege section can become very congested due to food stands in the middle, which means only so much room for trolley. Rest of store has plenty of space. Multiple entry and exit points to carpark

J.Pak n Save is the best supermarket in the world. If you dont think so, go spend time in Australia, then come back. This particular store is clean and very well kept, an absolute credit to the Management and staff who take such pride in this business.
K.I like the shop as it is very close to where i live and has everything i need. My one big complaint is they have changed the Ciabatta bread and buns. They are no longer ciabatta recipe. Appear to be using a bap dough to imitate ciabatta. Very disappointing as it appears it devalues what customers want. I now go the Countdown as they have the real recipe

C.I actually visited there on Wednesday. The doors opened at 7...which took me by surprised. I had mentioned to my dorta that I'd scream if they werent. But shopping there is such a joy...staff r awesum check out operaters and to be able to get my shopping done so early was big bonus...I had the rest of the day to do the things I wanted to do last week

F.I am a fan of pak n save as it is the most affordable shop around. Papamoa is usually very tidy. Some staff is super friendly bur not all of them. I just pick my fav check out lady. You do have to pay attention as the specials are not always calculated right when you check out.
