M. P.Absolutely awesome customer service from the bakery department, considering I had called the day before my daughters party to ask for a 6tier rainbow cake with edible fairy image. I’m so thankful and over the moon with the cake. Would recommend getting cakes done by them, such a lovely light and fluffy cake!

I go to NW and pay more to pack my own groceries. Now don't be saying its cause of L3/L2... You were doing this when we had L0/L1.. The way you have laid out the tills, the cashier can't "pack" so a 2nd staff member has to do, and there is never 1 packer to every til..
So, I say the above, but I enjoy the bakery goods.
M. B.Really lovely, natural staff. It is a pleasure to see that you are not treated as spender, but a valued customer. The price of the items is slightly higher than the other supermarkets, but these supermarkets could take a look at how to value customers.
C. S.Pretty good range of things but being a new world, it's a bit expensive. It has a good cake section and sells hot rotisserie chickens.

T. A.You pack your own now due to Covid apparently unless you buy new bags every time! Have not noticed any concessions by way of reduced pricing or anything like that. Surprised staff did not even help put stuff in the trolley. Unfriendly checkout operator this morning which is not altogether uncommon. Some lovely staff there though to be fair and overall a nice shop

s. c.Usually don't like New Worlds that much, but this one here in Kapiti is exceptional.The service/help desk is friendly, helpful and very quick responding. The atmoshere is relaxing and well lit without being too bright. And the parking outside is large spacious ,creating a feeling of a wide panorama expanse next to the airport.Just a nice place to be.
V.This supermarket is nice and has a great choice of all sorts. I don't shop here much though because it is pricier but okay if just getting a little bit...I wouldn't want to fill a shopping trolley though.
a.Just came back from Devonport, Kapiti supermarkets price is way higher than any where else in NEW ZEALAND. Good area to live but the price is high.

G. W.Another excellent New World on the Kapiti Coast. This particular one has a butchery with excellent cuts of NZ meats at sharp prices and a good selection of beef and lamb.
M. H.Small store but for that something special you need that you cannot find at the larger supermarkets like Pac n Save this is a good store to go to. I find meat, although more expensive, is much nicer from this store. They gave a good selection of specialty foods like low carb and sugar free for example but for ordinary groceries they just have the basics. The service is good sometimes a bit of a wait telkers mostly nice and polite , it only has about 4 self check out spaces. Overall not bad for a small shop.
B. P.Good service. Pleasant staff. Love the Asian lady. Always with a smile- hang on to her! NW always has the Sun Latte milk, which other supermarkets can't be relied on to stock. I am very satisfied.
