P. B.Best prices, shelves can be a bit empty, I asked for them to get more of tge milk our kids drink and there was no problem for the staff who were super helpful and always friendly.

V.I have been a shopper at this supermarket since the day it opened, about 28 years ago. Now I give this Pac N Save only two stars since it was taken over by the new owner.
The prices of everything have kept going up & up...while unfortunately the quality has gone down!

Pac n Save have done loads of renovations and it's very nice now. its still my supermarket.... but as with all things, everything is getting so expensive & basic food items are becoming luxuries.
I.Good low prices. I like the wide aisles. But it would be great to have a person standing around, just there for people to be able to ask what aisle something is in
T.Has everthing! Variety! Unlike my local Porirua Pak'n Save 🙄

S. E.Really enjoy the selection of products, lots of higher end products as well as the cheaper value items (Pam's whisky pate case in point) Produce also pretty good here. Get a good work out walking across the store as its so roomy! :-) Never felt too hemmed in with other trolley which is a pleasant, for a supermarket.
v. h.They couldn't supply an item on special, so gave us the equivalent for the same special price. Awesome customer service guys, well done!!! Not sure that our local Pak n Save would've done that for us!!!
M. B.I shopped early, before 9am. I was so impressed with the staff stacking shelves. They were friendly,relaxed and acknowledged customers. As there were few customers, only one checkout was operating. The young lady serving me was lovely. Eye contact, genuine interest in the two of us shopping. Unfortunately I didn't get her name

Staff are always approachable and friendly, even when shopping with a fussy toddler. Bring your own bags,but you can buy bags here if you forget.
G. C.I normally shop at Pac and Save Paraparaumu anyway and find the food of good quality and mostly fairly priced. Today I went to gets some shopping and was amazed how will organised this store was. The people in the queues were well spaced. The wait time was 15min. The shelves were well stocked although their were limits on some items and their needed to be.The staff were well protected but extremely pleasant and helpful. It was a pleasure to shop there. M. B.No complaints, have not shopped here for several years, and I have shopped twice in one week. Yet to see if it is financially any better than where I usually shop. I managed to get all the things on my list, and a few things that were not!!! the fruit was particularly good, especially the strawberries.My shop assistant was excellent, she packed everything as I had taken it out of the trolly. Cans and bottles together, bakery, meat, not all jumbled which I hate. Makes it so much easier when you come to putting it in your bags. She was also a lovely girl, well done.
V. H.This is not my favourite style of supermarket, however the price difference on some if the items I buy regularly is extreme compared to the New World or Countdown that we have in our town. So I've been back here twice recently. The checkout operator I had was efficient and very polite.

E. B.I'm still pretty new to New Zealand and still adjusting to all the changes when compared to South Africa so this review could be voided all together as there isn't much to compare it to. From what I've seen it is very much like the "Makro" stores in RSA. It's a great place to get the bulk of your grocery shopping done and the staff are more than capable when it comes to assisting their customers. The setup feels a little awkward but that's really the only real downside.
M. H.What can I say it's a supermarket. However it does disappoint me sometimes like no longer stocking items I bought there before and now have to go to countdown instead to buy them. Overall though they have good weekly specials and the prices are pretty good I must admit cheaper than other supermarkets in our area. I shop there often.
M. L.Great place to get get all your groceries and food for the week. Can be cheaper than other places and have a very wide range of goods. there are self checkouts as well as normal ones so you can nip in and out if you don't have much time.

B. P.The weather held up. I think it would've been better to move the food trucks to the big car park. One bouncy castle for the kids that you had a long wait for. Disappointed there wasn't more for the kids to do or enjoy. The band was ok but that was all.

A few options I look for just seem to be missing sometimes. If you go late in the evening the popular options are going to be sold out.

S.Pak n Save has always been exactly what it says, a "no frills" type supermarket with good prices. I always do the bulk of my shopping here and buy specialty items elsewhere if need be. The staff are friendly, the service is great, it is a very well run store. Plus Pak n Save are excellent at employing the young people in this area, gives them a good chance to get on their feet whilst still at college or between college and higher education. All respect to Pak n Save.

Immediately I returned to PAK'n'SAVE to exchange the item and on presenting my receipt all went well, no questions asked and no hassles at all. Sometimes they are rotten when you unpack them. Also, pak n save need to get with the times and offer home delivery like new world and countdown
