Well organized and sufficiently stocked. Self checkout and staff assisted checkout. Clean and tidy and sufficient parking space. I feel everything at this place. Good staff and well managed place. Highly recommended

I would have preferred separate entry and exit during this Covid level, or some way of ensuring paths don't cross while entering the supermarket. There was no ability to keep 2m distance in the circumstances. However the shelves were all well stocked, so it was easy to purchase what was needed

As Covid effects being felt throughout the business world, this store seems to be coping rather well sometimes, somedays the shelves are very empty and the shortage of goods is slowly showing its ugly face.

The staff here are 5 star, helpful, friendly, patient and seem to perform several roles at once. But the store experience is only a 3 star. Shelves are regularly left unstocked, to buy canned food you must search for an undented tin, sale items are often out of stock on the first day of the promotion. Check outs often have under half of the number open. Regarding cleanliness, the trolleys are not santised as they are at the competitors store. On the upside, the vegetable and fruit department has improved a great deal with the new layout and features. Freshness of veges has improved as well.

I love the awesome friendly staff that make your daily or weekly shop a breeze and remind you of bargain boosts available in store. The atmosphere is so different yo that of its larger branch on manukau rd.may be smaller but the quality or service cant compare so glad its expanding

I prefer this store, its a good balance in size and easy to find what I'm looking for. Friendly helpful staff, especially Airini a checkout she's always so friendly and helpful. I shop here multiple times a week most weeks, instore and online and find it excellent. Well done all of you, thank you for all your hard work :-)

I love the "Little "Countdown here & glad it stayed open when its bigger verion opened. It has a great friendly team that know you by sight(some by name) & are always pleased to help whenever they can. Also a nice rounded selection of food options & space without being overwhelmed like the bigger store. As a disabled person i find that very easy to conduct my weekly shopping from.

Staff are always ready and willing to help but not too overbearing, for all the introverted out there. The organisation is amazing, everything is easy to find and the prices are the best out of any other supermarket (in my opinion). I'm a regular shopper here and I'm never left feeling disappointed. Highly recommend to any shopper.

always come here for groceries lovely staff my grandad is always looking forward to coming to this countdown because of how many friends he has made over the past 30 years of coming here even early this year he accidentally slipped on some yogurt that had been spilt and the staff came to help offered to ring the hospital and even clean his clothing.

Had an issue with a checkout machine not working, when I asked for help I was talked to like a 2year old! Absolutely disgusting. The count down team were very quick at responding to my complaint and apologized for what had happened. I hope this will not happen to anyone else. I changed my rating from a 1 to 3 because of this.

Been going there for years. Awesome customer service. Good to see the employees that have been there for years too. They have products that you never see at city Countdowns. They really cater very well for Franklin community. It's as if they really know their community. I've been to other Auckland Countdowns and have said to my family. ..stuff this, we're going back to Puke. Sorry other Countdowns!!!

I have rated my visit 4 stars. The products were reasonably priced and easy to find. Staff friendly, people seemed happy. But....as I waited at the counter it seemed like it took longer to be served than it was to shop. I had over $100 shopping. Counter lady took 10 minutes to work out how to remove an item that a customer no longer wanted. I watched as People in the self service line waited for atleast 5minutes for someone to assist them. Other than this I like shopping at Countdown. I am a Pak n Save shopper but I like to stop in at Countdown every now and then. Helps to have Dominos next door. I was able to shop and get a quick snack for tea. Thank you for your time.

Not that impressed. Went in for an advertised item and when finally after waiting for nearly 15 mins the supposed grocery manager looked at me blankly and said if there not here where you've been looking we can't have them. I had to bring up the mailer on my phone and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I can't help you and left. Shocking service. Drove all the way from Bombay for that. Never again..

The smaller of Pukekohe's two Countdown stores. This fairly compact store has lots of varieties of food, wine, and beer. The delicatessen has a good selection of cold meats and other made up dishes. The fish department, has fresh mussels, and other in season fish too. This store has Home Delivery and Collection services for online shopping. Don't forget your new Onecard / AA card too.
